Hotel Calangute Central

Very nice and cleaned rooms. The overall food was really tasty. The hotel staff is very friendly. The swimming pool is amazing. One of the best hotels near calungute beach.

Very pathetic condition. 1. No parking space 2. Found cockroaches everywhere. Even in the fridge & crockery. 3. No proper response from front desk. Need to remind 3-4 times even for a water bottle. 4. Fungus in wardrobe. 5. No variety in breakfast. Even the served food was testless. 6. Very small and shallow swiming pool. 7. The staff will help you only if you book any external service through them. 8. No proper cleanliness in the rooms.

Rooms are the best with the best view of the city. However they don’t have any parking, not even for 2 wheelers. Property is not well maintained, if maintained properly, this is the best place to be.

This Boutique hotel is fantastic In a sence Mr. Tapan he arranged my vehicle Parking Very Simless hospitality My executive room was very neat and clean and fresh Front desk is very attentive and instant responce My Cupboard in the room is very clean with proper hanger and space to keep my cloths hanging Swimming pool is small but suitable and very nice view from Top floor St Anthony has gives nice bells at evening 7 pm, and 8 pm , very suthing All the staff of hotel including cleaning staff and cooking I can see very hard working Very Delicious and reasonable food I recommend this hotel for all other guest I will certainly comes back

Read before booking this hotel. 1. No Parking available 2. Once the book does not cancel. 3. There is a very small swimming pool on the terrace not even clean 4. Rooms are very small. 5. Cleaning services like they don't have time for it 6. 11 am checking visited 2 pm still they said the wait room is not ready 7. Bathroom size is really small 8. Cleaners are good and trust worthy 9. Breakfast is good. 10. The bar is on the terrace so limited 11. Less than 1900 per day is worth it with breakfast 12. The location is good near the beach. 13. Photos are not actually trying to book for one day. 14. Watchman is horney about the money work. 15. Don't book via goibibo worthless support no comments on it. Try to book for one day check the hotel and make a decision Booked for 1 week with no option there to change all the plan wasted but it was a good experience and I learnt a lot.

We checked in on 19 may and our check out was dated on 24 may for which we paid an advance amount, on the first day of our stay the staff was very friendly but then on the second day we were asked to change our room from premium to deluxe by the hotel’s staff which was comparatively smaller than our previous room because they gave the room to someone else who paid a higher amount via online booking, when we asked for the prices of the smaller room they told us that we won’t get any lower price as we have already paid for the bigger room, so we asked them to refund our remaining amount for the remaining days that we booked with the advance payment buy they told us that we won’t get any refund because their hotel doesn’t refund the advance payment, as we told them that we will file a complaint against them in the police they told us that “The Goan Police can not do any harm to them as they have higher connections”. Later we filed a complaint against them in the local calangute police station. And we will also file the complaint against them in the consumer forum. The staff was very rude to us throughout the staying day and due to which we had to change our hotel. This was a horrible experience as our family suffered a lot.

The location of hotel is excellent. The rooms are good and maintained well by daily housekeeping. The executive rooms have balcony which is great especially when you want to feel the evening breeze. The breakfast is decent . The rooftop swimming pool is enjoyable especially for the kids . Last but not the least the staff is very friendly and helpful especially Mr Tapun at the front desk.
