NillBAD HOTEL 1. cleanliness is very poor. 2.There is a dirty smell in the lift. 3. No one available at reception counter 4. There are many wandering dogs nearby. It is harmful. 5. Inside the lift there is a broken floor platform it's very dangerous. 6. Inside the room the bed is very badly damaged. No one can sleep safely. 7. Everywhere electricity wires came out it's very harmful 😭 8. The bathroom bucket is degradable plastic. 9. TV is not in working due to the non available set-up Box

NillThis hotel is not recommended at all. It's a waste of money. Rooms are extremely dirty. Cockroaches are all over the place. Linens and towels are dirty with stains. 3rd grade behavior from the staff. It is a 1 star hotel. Poor customer service and they don't allow you to fill RO water from the restaurant.

NillThe road towards the property is good and is nearby beaches.Room service was not good, the bedsheets were smelly and unclean; AC wasn't working properly. No proper toiletries were provided. Management was not proper,they don’t even provide drinking water,breakfast was too oily & cold,can’t even eat.I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

NillI got very terrible experience from this hotel. When I reach to the hotel then they take 100% payment before giving the keys. After giving 100% payment then blackmailing start. Reception boy is talking very rudely. After entering my room then I saw room is very dirty, Cockroaches in the room. Bedsheets are smelly. No drinking water available. Lift was under maintenance. Towels & soap is not available in bathroom. Bad smell coming from bathroom. Because of the bedbugs I can’t sleep whole night. Breakfast was available for only half hour. After that breakfast was finish. This hotel is waste of money.

NillThe road towards the property is narrow and in bad condition; rooms had cockroaches; the bedsheets were smelly and unclean; TV was not working; AC wasn't working properly; water in the washroom wasn't coming regularly; the corridor mostly smelled of alcohol. No proper toiletries were provided. Management was the worst, instead of apologizing and working on fixing the issue he seemed to be least bothered and spoke rudely. The only saving face is the property staff who were polite and the breakfast was decent enough. Wouldn't recommend if you are going with family and kids.

NillShocking and Disgraceful Customer Service – A Complete Disgrace to the Hospitality Industry As an international yacht charter company that works closely with top-tier, 5-star hotels and luxury clients, we expected a certain level of professionalism from De Alcazar Goa. Unfortunately, we were met with the complete opposite. The staff member who answered our inquiry was shockingly rude, dismissive, and had the audacity to hang up mid-conversation. This is an absolute disgrace for any business, let alone one claiming to be part of the hospitality sector. We approached them for a potential collaboration, offering them access to our global clientele, but their behavior made it clear that they do not value professional partnerships or basic customer service. It’s bewildering that a 3-star property would treat a luxury brand like ours with such disdain. Needless to say, we will never work with them and have decided to blacklist this establishment from any future partnerships—no matter how much they may come back begging. For anyone seeking quality service or collaboration, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They clearly lack the understanding of what it means to operate in a service-based industry and have no regard for professionalism or courtesy.

NillI stayed for 2days and Not recommended, rooms were very dirty and not maintained. There were stains on all walls and AC, bed bugs were literally on eye catch. We saw many snakes nearby. Not a family place. Ac remote doesnt work, TV doesnt work, water for bathing was very dirty, rooms were smelly and no bathing equipment were proper.
