Bloom Hotel - Calangute

Incredible value and great location. I wasn't a huge fan of Calangute as an area but that didn't matter, everything was so accessible from here so I would definitely stay here again. Like any good hotel, it's the staff that make it and it was Azhir that made it for us. He was so friendly and helpful, from start to finish and spent time sharing his invaluable advice as a local, with us. He helped us chose the right places to visit during our short stay in Goa and that unquestionable made a difference to our stay. 5 stars for Bloom and so many more for Azhir.

The hotel is good, hygiene is also up to the mark. You get very good rest and sound sleep, quality of bed, quilt, pillows are all of superior quality. Food is also decent. The only concern is, rooms are very very small for the price. They are too tiny. In fact fitting the luggage is also not that easy. Apart from room size, rest everything is good 👍

Staffs are very good and helping. Rooms are very clean and kept nice swiming Pool is very clean maintained well. Breakfast is tasty and good . Swimming pool we have used is very clean and staff are very good and co operative. Will come back again in bloom

I stayed here for 4 nights with my family. Staff need to be more courteous, especially Mr. Azhar who seemed to be a manager was very rude. Restaurant menu is limited. Washrooms were leaky and water was getting puddled in corners instead of flowing away. Electricity cuts were frequent, even though they managed to get it up within 2 minutes. My stay at other city Blooms were much better.

Good location. Compliments to the chef for a decent tasting breakfast. Sambar in particular, is worth the try. Staff can do better in terms of courtesy. Rooms are very basic and small but manageable. If you are looking for a value stay, this can be considered.

We really enjoyed our stay at the bloom great check in which we were given a link to download the bloom App which allows you to contact reception if you require anything we needed a hairdryer asked for one on the App within minutes a chap appeared with one the rooms are very comfortable but basic not a lot of storage but we got round this we asked before we arrived for a high room with walk in shower and on arrival we were given what we were asked can’t fault them you are give 2 large bottles of water loads of tea/coffee sugar creamer etc you have a safe and a fridge the breakfast was very good Indian food was laid out if you wanted European/ British options these were cooked fresh and were delicious all the staff were absolutely fantastic people a credit to bloom hotels and very welcoming to us old British people special mention to Azhar sagar Annan to name but a few we were on half board and even the food at dinner was freshly cooked

Bloom hotel are best if you are having a budget to spend 4-5k per day. We booked a suite for 5k per day for 4 nights and rooms were spacious however the bedsheets and pillows were a little shabby and dirty but the room cleaning was done a few minutes later we entered the room. Not sure about food because we were much interested in checking out different restaurants from North to South and specially the sea food ones. But overall experience with bloom was very good.

Had a great time at this centrally located hotel. Walking distance to numerous food and drink places. Room cleaned daily if you wish, plenty of bottled water in your room too. Very friendly helpful staff, BIG shout out to Azhar, really friendly, helpful and always greeted with a smile - he is a credit to the hotel
