Dormitory get Budget... But lots of Mosquitoes, and fan's speed also low.. cleaning was just average. Bed was uncomfortable.... Because it's have lots of burning holes due to somebody smoking...

Staff behaviour was so rude and not helpful in any manner, don't have any services, smelly rooms with dampness.

As the name says, its rustic, the rooms are full of dust and you will start sneezing the moment you step into the room, not good for couples or family. The entry to hotel is also through an abandoned garage/garbage dumb.

Unknown Rustic Means , This Property Is Located in Calangute Beach to 500 m Away , But Hotel Was Not good , I suggest Try Another Hotel 🛏️

It's a decent looking place with good rooms with Ac though it worked oly at a particular temperature. The owner is very nice and helped with all our concerns. The manager on location was helpful but also quite rude at times. They provide extra beds since all their rooms are normal double bed and we've to prepare our own beds one thing I quite didn't like. Rooftop isn't as shown in pics and is rusted. Water is available in water cans on property. Overall a good stay

Dnt have any expectations other than cheap pricing when you come here. It's just brick and mortar and good for cheap-budget travel with friends. Ladies might not like the place at all. The location is good as it's around a km to Calangute beach and you have many shopping places nearby. There are other much better places to stay nearby though a tad costlier than this facility.

This one star is due to unavailability of minus ratings. I'm staying in this hotel right now and reviewing it. Absolutely pathetic behaviour of reception attendent and other helpers. They're all so indifferent and rude... They first took the complete amount in the time of check in itself, and their voice was very rude when we asked why are they charging us at the time of check in. But anyway, we checked in and when we entered the room, the room never looked like a room worth 3K... The room is dirty, there are mosquitos inside and the bed sheet is uncleaned. The blanket they provided doesn't have any cover on it and it looks used and unwashed since long. We requested to change the bed cover, provide us with a blanket cover or at least a bed cover and a mosquito repellent. They were very rude in response and just changed the bed sheet, stating rudely that they don't have any mosquito repellent or blanket cover. We are in trouble right now and we have to spend one more day here. This is absolutely pathetic and disrespectful for them to treat their customers this badly... My recommendation is - never come here, even if it's the last place for you to stay...

No clean very very bad experience everything no good mosquitoes problem, bad smell in room, no tv, wifi not working inside the room, locker facilities have but the staff was not provide to me, waste of money very dirty room, zero stars not available so i put 1 star. I never suggest my enemy too.
