So If you really want to make your holiday memorable🎉…you got the right resort to make it one of the worst memory of your life. Everything is equally disaster here. Whether its staff ,electricity, cleanliness,hospitality…. Stay away from this place … absolutely horrible experience.

Rooms are good, but fridge is not available in any rooms, and base phone doesn't work, and service is not too good, Earlier the service was good, but now it is not good.

The best 2 star mini-resort in Calangute/Sea Shine beach, 50m from the beautiful beach. Service was very good and the staff try hard to please. Excellent selection of food from the kitchen. Great outdoor restaurant and bar area to hangout, with viewing platform to the beach. Throughly enjoyed my 5 day stay.

The place is excellent, by the beach. Sonu Saxena the owner is a good gentleman. The swimming pool is awesome. Penalty applies to everything, dirty linen, sand in the pool etc. Service is ok, rooms are cleaned only before the checkin. Liquor is double of MRP. Food is better in the opposite shack (not this place). Lalu and Ganesh will call you again and again and tell you, that they will organise everything for you Note that this is only to make a cut on the same. If you book any activity like cruise or sports thru them, be sure the price outside is 2/3 of the fee charged. Negotiate for every fee. Connect with the Mr. Sonu for any assistance and he is very helpful.

Very arrogant manager Abhishek services are very poor holes are in the cottages walls anyone can easily peep from outside, washrooms wall and doors same can anyone peep inside anytime, and property manager or management is not aware of the things. And price wise worthless staying in this resort

They are basically manipulating with pictures. There are only 2 sea view rooms and they will give u a delux rooom charging for sea view. Make sure u triple check before booking.

We were given deluxe room charging for sea view. If the room I was given has sea view then all rooms in Goa have sea view. They are manipulative and very bad customer service
