Pathetic experience , cockroach and mosquito every where even cockroaches in break fast, staff has attitude, not concern about it happens. Cockroach moving around paratha during breakfast. Dripping of ac in the room.

Worst hotel, waste of money and horrible experience. No cleanliness. Rude staff. Wrost breakfast at 10AM- 2 days did not eat breakfast. Wrost service and maintained Old buildings . Stinky smell everywhere. Waited for water in tsp for every morning, need to go and tell them multiple times from 3 rd floor, hotel phone is not working

The experience was just horrible. Very dirty rooms with unprofessional staff where you have to remind them multiple times for even small tasks. Intercom was kept on floor which was not working so every time just go to reception for your query. TV was installed after one day which was also not working. Breakfast was also tasteless.

Room not clean, meny cockroach in room room not maintained. You can book this hotel your wastage money and time. Very bad service in hotel. Food quality very bad 😞

Being a good location near to Calangute beach, The Hotel has Lots of cockroaches and insects in the hotel rooms, swiming area and the breakfast area where food is served. The room lock also doesn't work and the washroom door have temporary small lock which need to push harder to get lock. One of the corner area of bed is broken along with balcony window glass. The AC is not working most of the time but need to keep fans on at high speed to get slightly cooler. The Staff is helpful, but the owner Mr Shiv has an attitude being own 3 properties (bldg.) around in Windsor. Kindly avoid booking this hotel and look for better hotel..
