The receptionist is fraud and arrogant. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The rooms are stinky and unhigenic, infested with cockroaches and rats. Never book this hotel over a call or online, the reality of this hotel is far grim than what you see in picture.

Beautiful experience in this hotel the staf was very friendly and the service was also good we had stay of 2 days and we loved the room..there was ac fan tv and wifi we also got their scooty rented everything was good and the location of the hotel was situated at peaceful place and at distance only there is Baga beach and many more places.. overall good experience

Worst experience ever. The biggest complaint is the behavior of the ladies staff at the reception. She had a lot of attitude, she spoke with disdain when talking to a guest. She had no manners. We checked out from there. The behavior of the reception staff was that no one should enter this hotel.

Good location... near beah walkable distance...But Swimming pool is very Dirty.... Rooms Balcony is very Dirty.. Bathroom Door not properly.. After 10 pm beers are double cost and here Only Cash Payments... No cards no Upi@s....

Hello Reader, Worst experience. If you are booking this hotel it should not cost more than INR 800. I have been to this Hotel on Dec 2023 during Christmas and I booked during October 2023. I am not satisfied with cost i paid INR 3000/- per day and below following reason 1. Rooms painting has moisture due to that smell was coming. Paint is not done due to that bad patches and Bed are not clean as expected. 2. Room was not comfortable i requested for change room but they did not agree to change room. 3. They add Round off in restaurant bills which is not justifiable. 4. Building is too old Rooms and building is not painted since few years. Cleaning and Renovation is needed for that whole building. 5. No Parking near hotel. Receptionist lied to customer that they have parking. In Reality they don't have any parking 6. No one is co-operative in Hotel you book hotel with your own risk. Suggestion 1. Renovate the building 2. Arrange some parking at least per room 1 car 3. Do the painting. 4. Staff and service improvement 5. Do not Round off any bill. Customer knows everything 6. Customer comes there to enjoy and not to annoy or irritate

Dear viewer, Please check the reviews before booking the this hotel. We had booked the hotel for4 days but because of below reasons we left the hotel earlier. 1)They had given us the first room(standard AC room)the rooms were infested with cockroaches, the toilets were choked,the tiles where completed broken. Paint was falling off.after informing the staff they changed the room to dulex AC room 2) Dulex AC room:- this room was also infested by cockroachs 🪳. No proper bancket provided, no fan,no fridge, AC was not having remot and the AC was stucked at 26 temp. The dulex room was very conjusted and only AC was given which was difficult to maintain the room temp. At night we had to complaint the MMT team to escalate the things. After 2 hours of fight with the MMT team they replace the room to another room. 3) the third room also had cockroachs,Bed bugs 🪲 , no AC Remote,No fridge( it was asked multiple times to provide a fridge but no support given), the services staf was good but they don't have any inventory so they where helpless. Adding more. 1) The pool was not clean 2) No bislery bottel provide 3) Sitting area was not as per the MMT website photos. Good thing:- Hotel food was very good suggestion to hotel:- You have a very good property but not trying to maintain it.

The worst hotel receptionist I ever experienced in my whole life. Start with a very rude thin lady receptionist with an oversized coat and a not polite and seems like provocative attitude of a Moroccan lady receptionist who’ll going to initiate a fight or argument. They are not approachable nor helpful and I even feels like we were harassed Infront of the two. When we were trying to talk to explain, the lady were shutting us off, instead of listening to our side first as guests. The room is not clean. Floor seems not brush, there was even hair in the toilet’s floor. The corners of the room were dusty. Reception staff were seems unprofessional so even the room rate was cheap still its not worth the rate due the very poor quality of service. Only the best part of hotel is food, Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. It can be expensive but worth it and they do different deals on different nights so it’s worth checking them out before you book. Highly recommended. Our Vacation ain’t perfectly good because of our uncomfortable stay this hotel.
