The best budget place/hotel adjoining Calangute Beach. The staff specially owner Mr. Sanjay is a really nice person I have never seen such an honest person in this hotel industry.

The host is a very helpful and kind person. He was very flexible to our requests and was very accommodating. The room was clean, well maintained, had solar powered water heater, clean bathroom, large bed that could easily fit 3 adults, were supplied with additional mattresses, pillows, and sheets too. Even for a group of 8 people we didn't feel congested and had a peaceful stay overall. The location is very close to the beach and has paid parking space in front. We can enjoy the beach walk as and when we please. The host was even kind enough and helpful in extending our stay to adapt to our train timing by accomodating us for another day at half day price. Host had good connections and helped us with getting rental vehicles at peak hour when they were sold out elsewhere. Overall we had a pleasant experience, we would visit the same place again as it is close to all tourist places especially the beach.

A very pleasant experience..overall great service..family friendly place. Very close to the local market and hence very convenient for the tourists. The rooms were clean,comfortable and the staff is really helpful.

rooms spacious.... clean.. service very good.. location very accessible... still 4 stars bcz we had an incident here... staff are very good , we complained abt umbrella being lost which was there in front of the door for just 5 mins before.... staff told they cant make out who has taken since it was late night 11.30am they can check cc cams only morning with owners permission.. we were abt to check out but we dint bcz i said call the room ppl and ask how can they take like dat someones property. after 30 mins of argument we saw ppl from two rooms came back to the room hance one room was left, and the staff went n checked with them , and they had our umbrella... we got it bcz we argues n waited if not we had to leave as our taxi was waiting for us to drop to station. Staff gave us their own umbrella but i didnt agree wth that.... asked the staff to check with those ppl coz wen those leave, so many things will be missing from the hotel..... unforgettable , but funny wen we think of it now :)

Its adjacent to beach, and not so great in terms of cleanliness. And parking is big problem, they wont give you any Car parking space. as hotel is adjacent to the beach , actually the govt is collecting the parking fee as the visitors will park the cars around it. And you need to pay 20rs / hour . with out vehicle you can opt for the it. Rating 2.5/5

Wow!!!!! This is possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in this city, my family and I were totally surprised with the hospitality and behaviour of staff from the minute we arrived to the minute we had to leave (reluctantly I must say). We can't fault it!!! One staff member was so kind to two very tired tourists arrived. Owner was very polite and down to earth. Good food and near beach. Thank you to all of you for the hospitality, hope we can return one day.

Please never visit to this hotel there are many cockroaches inside bed and sofa and you can’t sleep there instead visit to nearby government hotel
