YU Hotel

We stayed for 3 nights. 23 November |2024 to 26th November. |We had a very wonderful experience rght from checkin to checkout. |Staff were very friendly and helpful. |Jithu kept our room very clean and neat. People at the front desk, Clyde, Shravani, Priyanka, Sathish were all very nice and helpful. We recommend this place. Location is also very close to the beaches.

Everything is super nice. The bed is comfortable and big. The room is always clean. The only problem was that AC might get a little too cold especially when arriving. Also occasionally the AC would make a little humming sound that might annoy sensitive sleepers like me. Else everything was good. The breakfast was really tasty one of the best what I experienced and it was different every day.

The F&B staff are excellent as well the room service. Admin is awful. Booking was w/breakfast & reconfirmed at check-in. Dining room was not notified and asked to pay for breakfast. I had settled all my dues in full & had one room service pending to settle at checkout- they gave me a bill to settle for the full amount again. Each time they claimed someone didn’t update in the system. Please be careful

Awesome experience of stay we had. Kids friendly food is delicious at their inhouse restaurant with Indian cuisine choices the staff especially are providing support immediately and friendly staff. ( from staff at reception to housekeeping) very warming experience and would recommend all to try this when in Candolim

We had a memorable stay at Y U Hotel,The staff was too good they went above and beyond to help us with good food and service. The food was delicious, particularly the Mutton Rogan . We also enjoyed the hotel amenity, e.g., jacuzzi,spa Overall, a fantastic experience.

Neat and clean hotel and the location was also strategically placed near by the market road.suite room with a balcony was quite good for me time and the room size was also good as we had a sofa also inside the room.this hotel is highly recommended if you are a party person and just have to come to hotel to sleep and roam around in the night.
