Stayed in this hotel recently for 4 nights and 5 days. Overall the hotel looks exceptionally good. Outstanding thing is the courteous staff everywhere. From room service staff to security to helper boys everyone is way too polite. However I felt that the rooms do need an update specially looking at the price point they are taking for the accommodation the maintenance of rooms should be done in more better way. Broken switchboards, broken basin holder tiles look cheap for such a reputed hotel. If that can be taken care of, rest all looks absolutely good. And to mention they have valet car parking too within premises so you can take your car without a doubt. Also if you are hiring a scooter for local tours they do have provision to keep the same within premises too.

It was a bit difficult to find as we had rented a self drive car and Google maps took us to the rear of the hotel so beware . The Hotel had exceptional crew from the Manager, swimming pool life guard to those serving in the restaurant and those cleaning the rooms etc super 10/10. The spread at the breakfast was very extensive and very well presented that meal alone can carry you through the day. The service is prompt with politeness we were very impressed and happy with our stay.

We were initially a bit skeptical about booking this hotel, but we had a wonderful experience. The team was very accommodating, offering us an early check-in and welcoming us warmly. The room was spacious enough for two adults and two children, with a comfortable bed. The kids had a blast with the amazing Christmas activities, and they even received gifts from Santa Claus. The hospitality was outstanding, and the price was quite reasonable. The breakfast was also delicious, and I must say, the service provided by every staff member was exceptional. Highly recommended!"

Incredible friendly staff, from reception to the duty manager to the people working at the restaurant during breakfast. Not yet done with the changes after taking over in August, it already feels very convenient and clean. Good location when you want to have it a bit more quiet with friendly people and a diverse breakfast buffet.

We had an absolutely lovely time staying at this historic hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like friends and made us feel so welcome. We arrived as guests but left as family. The security personnel immediately took care of all our baggage and the staff greeted us with Goanese songs and drinks. It was my mother-in-law’s birthday, and they went out of their way to accommodate our requests and pampered her all day with cakes and thoughtful messages! We were tired from traveling, but they allowed us to check in early without us even needing to ask. The property itself is beautiful and immaculately maintained. The swimming pool is gorgeous and pristine blue. The breakfast is absolutely delectable and we were delighted at the spread they offered. The staff as usual was courteous and went out of their way to serve us whatever we needed. The rooms were cleaned meticulously and the housekeeping staff did a fab job decorating the room for her birthday so beautifully! Everything was cleaned with so much effort and love, and we came back to our room every time looking spotless. It was our first time visiting Goa, and the staff advised us with various kinds of recommendations for food options, places to visit, and general tips. Over the course of our stay they also started decorating for Christmas and the place looked so beautiful all lit up! To be honest, I’m a bit sad to leave behind such a wonderful hotel but the even better staff. Without them our stay in Goa wouldn’t have been as memorable. Thank you again for such hospitality- you have made it impossible for us to not visit again soon! ❤️

Right from check in to check out the experience was awesome and the property is great with supportive staff and each and every request was taken care of. The property has lots of heritage architecture which levels up its charm and the view room was was amazing. Thanks to Sagar for smooth check in formalities and Duty Manager Sharvan for being helpful throughout the stay. This has become my second home now will visit soon

Perfect holiday experience with family. Excellent behaviour of the staff members plus the magnificent conduct of MR.SANJOY PRAMANIK, the restaurant manager.He gave us a lot of friendly vibes with a perfect dining experience everytime. Had fun.

I stayed with my wife at this amazing property for 5 nights and 6 days in November, 2024. What a fantastic experience we had, must say! The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable. The food was scrumptious and the entire staff at this property was very polite and courteous. The front desk people, especially Hizzaan was very prompt and efficient in his work and made sure that our check-in and check-out procedures were carried out smoothly. The breakfast buffet was also a delightful experience and a special shoutout for Mr. Sanjay from Food and Beverages department, who made sure that we had a satisfying and hearty start to the day.
