I booked this place on agoda, trust me this place is terrible. Water leak from AC, Dirty rooms which are in very bad condition. Even staff is sleeping at the reception area. I was shocked after seeing the real time condition, which was completely against the online website picture. I had to check out immediately & after long struggle with agoda, got the refund.

Bad experience in this hotel, we booked it on Agoda. The first ground floor room is not clean, towel and blanket all dirty, the fridge also dirty. Termite would make small sand hill on floor in washroom. We called Agoda to make cancellation, and Agoda helped us to contact householder, and said we can’t cancel but they have empty room. But it turned out she lied to us, there’s no empty room! The room service gave another clean towel to us, but still not really clean. The location is okay, near beach. But we will not come back here again.

This guest house is in a good location but that's the only positive. Place was filthy, needs upgrading and a damn good clean. Fridge in the room was disgusting so asked for another one, had to ask for a safe, paid for brekky but not worth it, only offered toast, omelette, coffee. Two young lads looking after the place, ok if you asked for something they got it but it needed someone interested in the place to run it, spent a lot of their time in the land of nod, would I stop there again, no. Heard one guest calling it Fawlty Towers, says it all really.

Although some of the facilities in the deluxe room were a bit tired and need of some renovating I am giving this property 10 out of 10 for the wonderful service we encountered by the lovely care-taker Sebastian and co-operation of the owner who made up for the short-falls of the facilties. Having said this the room itself and the bed were very comfortable and felt very private and quiet and charming in its own way. They also did their best to sort out the issues with the facilities which to be honest weren't a big problem for us and Sebastian was so helpful and kind bringing us tea and cutlery and anything we requested. One of the best services we have experienced from hosts within all our stays in India! We will definitely be staying here again!

Booked the highest category - deluxe room with balcony for 2 nights through GoIbibo, upon arrival they did not find my the booking. After 30-45 mins of argument they were able to retrieve my booking and got the room that added a big surprise. Pics shown online are completely misleading. The room was filthy and very dirty. Wires everywhere in balcony, cigarette buds, washroom in bad shape and towels with heavy stains. The balcony was towards the backside where staff go around making noise and nuisance. Upon request to change the room they said we need to pay RS 800 extra for another room which was of same size. Later at the reception I found that drivers are booking their rooms here for stay. To make it worse they lit garbage towards backside next morning and smoke started getting in the room which was intolerable and we checked out in a day. Go Ibibo didn’t help anyways despite complaining. Infact they closed the query without even resolving. A scam by go ibibo

We saw the online ratings and booked the hotel. We paid ₹2000 for the rooms which are dead stinky. We were shown another room upon complain, condition was no different. The rooms haven't been opened in months it seemed. Forget about dusting. The window however could be opened, we opened the windows and waited for the stink to dissipate a bit and wasted our time in Goa doing so. The AC also didn't work obviously. The warm air and cold air, both were being outside the room. The breakfast was included in the deal, in the morning they don't have breakfast available. All they could offer is Bread-Jam. The beach is said to be 60m, but you have to walk a minimum of 400 m or drive 800m to reach the nearest beach. We should have booked a beach facing hut with better amenities for the same price instead of this one. The Big mirror in our room was however a lone plus point. Will not book it again.

Pros - 1. Pocket friendly 2. Very close to the beach 3.owner and caretaker both are friendly and helpful 4.huge rooms and bathroom with all modern facilities 5. Gives a very Portuguese colonial vibe 6. Safe ,free parking space 7. Excellent WiFi 8. Good cheap food with large portion Cons- to be honest ,nothing was bad about this place. ❤️ Will surely stay again.

It's wonderful place. Lovely home stay. Didn't feel like we were in a new place. Mr. Sebastian makes you feel absolutely at home and his knowledge about Goa is in itself rich and fascinating. And not to be missed is his secret recipe omelette which he makes himself and serves for breakfast. It is definitely among the best omelette we have ever had since it is absolutely divine. We are definitely coming back to this home away from home.
