I am giving 5 star⭐ because hotel is beautiful And mindblowing palace. Hotel room are neat and clean. Food was very very tasty. And two room are private for hukka. Staffs are behave like freind.thank you guys for the lovely hospitality nice stay and food service pappu has been very gentle and caring through out the stay! thanks hotel Jubilant Candolim Once a time meet Papu Yadav this guys is Ecofriendly with anyone.

One of my worst experience ever. Staff was not at all co-operative in any sense.On the contrary, they were very mis behaving and making us feel like we have not given them a single penny. Too slow breakfast service Towels were not getting changed for every single day we booked 5 rooms for 3 days still there was no handwash in any of the room. We 16 of us will not recommend this hotel at any cost

Paid for 3 nights at Hotel Jubilant based on promises of private pool access, breakfast, and Las Olas club entry—all false. Pool was denied after day one, breakfast was delayed and chaotic, and no club access was given. Manager was rude, unresponsive, and appeared intoxicated. Extremely unprofessional experience—avoid this hotel.

Management needs to work on service given to guests staying in their hotel. Both room and restaurant service. And we went there through an agent. If agent promise something while taking the booking from guests, hotel management should fulfill it. If they can't, they should inform in advance. But after taking payment from guests, and then showing negligence towards fulfilling the promise is highly unprofessional and seems like a form of cheating.

⭐ 1 Star is also too much. Worst Experience – Avoid Hotel Jubilant, Candolim We booked 3 nights after being promised private pool access, breakfast, and Las Olas beach club entry. Once we paid in full, everything changed. Private Pool Denied: Given access only on day one, then lied to about it being “booked” despite being empty. Breakfast Mess: Took nearly 2 hours daily, very disorganized. No Club Access: Las Olas entry was promised but never provided. Manager kept saying “I’m busy” and ignored our calls. Unprofessional Manager: Mr. Amit was rude, careless, and appeared intoxicated—red, watery eyes and zero interest in helping guests. Totally dishonest and unprofessional. Do not stay here—this hotel ruined our trip.

One of the best hotels at reasonable prices. It is situated walking distance from Candolim beach. We had taken a suite which houses two rooms, a hall and a mini swimming pool. The ambience is wonderful and the service is very good. They also have a roof top restaurant which serves delicious authentic Goan food. Loved staying here and will definitely stay again. They have maintained the property very cleanly. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful time here. The service is excellent. The rooms are top notch and the roof-top restaurant is the USP of this place as the ambience enhances the finger-licking good food that they serve here. The view of the lush green hillside is sure to soothe one's senses.

Hi Everyone, Such a beautiful hotel and co-operative staff. People who gave rating 1/5 are irresponsible people. We stay for 4 night. Good and fresh food. They prepare food when you order. No matter how late you come. Thank you hotel staff for all wonderful support. From Group (friends forever)
