We stayed there for 7 days. My friend and I had a wonderful time. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are very welcoming and cooperative. It's just like 5 mins walk from Candolim beach. Also, they can provide excellent breakfast on request. If you go to Goa, you must stay there. Perfect place ❤️

Best location at the best price with beach at a walking distance. Staff was very warm-hearted and welcoming. Everything of need was nearby. I enjoyed my monsoon solo trip to Goa.

Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff, with great service. The charges are very pocket-friendly. The location is a very prime one just around 50 metres from Candolim beach. Lots of clubs, pubs and eateries around will make it very worthwhile. Would recommend for couples, families as well as a group of friends.

**This is a genuine review** I stayed here in March 2022 for 2 days. Experience is very good. The hotel staff is awesome, very helpful, especially Rohit. Rooms are clean and spacious and rates are very reasonable considering located at walkable distance of Condolim beach. You will find lots of restaurants and shopping options at walkable distance from hotel. Must visit.

I stayed at Goaanand for a week. It has most superb location just 2 minutes from the best beach in Goa. I mean you can not possibly get a better location there !! Rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated, and the best part is green big balcony where we spent lot of time. The hosts are super friendly, they provided all we needed including food and drinks. Special mention to their great WiFi, which made my life easy I was working from home at times. Thank you GOANAND team for great time there.

Excellent staff, very supportive. Good indian style breakfast and best service. Calangute beach on 30 second distance. Clean rooms with selective amenities. If you need a pleasant goa stay in reasonable rate.... This is best option

Very amazing resort 😊 and very affordable If u stay here u will have much fun beach is very near its abt 1min distance and hotles are also nearby and u can stay with family in just 1 room by adjusting 6 people can also adjust in 1 room its very affordable .all the rooms are as like shown in photos very neat and clean.Location is also best U must stay here if u want good requirement!! Thank you!!

An amazing place to live with friends and family. Best service. Rooms are neat and clean... If you are planning to go to Goa will suggest you to book your rooms in Goaanand. Staff is really good and are always there for your service 24/7. Thank you.
