Seashell Suites and Villas Candolim, Goa

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful hotel in November 2024.|The location is ideal for a stay in Candolim, easy to get to the beach and restaurants.|The service at Seashell is truly outstanding! Every single member of the hotel team were brilliant, always a smile and a greeting. Nothing is ever too much trouble. A few names to mention (sadly I can't recall all the names) Kim, Sandesh, Rita, Chef Nitin, Manmath (who did a great job servicing our suite). Thanks to the manager for help with finding a football shirt for our grandson.|I must mention the owner, Shelly Gonsalves who is charming and makes a point of visiting each table at breakfast with a friendly chat (and encouragement to eats lots). The breakfast was very good - lots of choice from local dishes to eggs, pancakes, omelettes etc. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and the whole hotel is scrupulously clean. The while experience was an absolute pleasure and I would highly recommend this brilliant hotel.

Super awesome place. Everyone in the property is on a mission to give top notch hospitality. Great food and super stay. The rooms were clean. The buffet breakfast was good and tasty too. Overall a great experience.

Had an amazing and unique experience staying at seashells! Very friendly staff, they really make sure that you have a great stay! We stayed at one of the villas and the rooms were very clean and nice. And walking distance from the beach. Also, the views from the rooftop bar during sunset are amazing!

A super experience at Seashell villas & suites! We were looked after so well, even a strange request from me to call a place in Jaipur to get a tracking number…all done with attention to detail with even a follow up on my behalf, thank you Arjan and Mario! The food is just excellent whether you choose Indian / Goan / Italian - it’s all top class and the breakfast buffet, wow, thank you Chef Nitin and also great waiting staff including Sandesh & Uttam. We had a really really fab time whether at one of the 3 pools or at Mandrem beach. Nameste young ladies on the front desk! X

Back again to our “ Happy Place”. As a working couple past retirement age we look forward to our twice yearly visits to Seashell Suites, to simply wind down and chill. ||The suites are large and well appointed and are of a high standard. The breakfast is a must with a massive choice and if you don’t see what you want simply ask. You have a choice of three pools with ample sun beds and beach towels .||But above all what sets this hotel apart are the people. All seem keen to please and ensure each guest have a fantastic holiday. Sandesh and Anely in the restaurant always go the extra mile to help the reception staff look after everything you need so don’t be afraid to ask. Our room boys were fantastic and don’t forget to say hello to the gardener who always greets you every morning with a smile.||We have already booked direct, our 2 return trips for 2025.||Our “ HAPPY PLACE’

After a bad experience in a nearby Hotel we found an oasis of a property.|We travel all over the world and stay in top hotels where we can and this place did not disappoint.|From meeting the reception staff to the waiting staff to the gardeners every one of the people were lovely, friendly and very helpful.|The Hotel was so clean and tidy it puts many other places to shame. |The food in both breakfast, snack bar and rooftop restaurants were first class with chef tweaking your order just the way you like it and giving recommendations to ensure you love what he has prepared. Prices were brilliant for such a quality Hotel.|We did not eat anywhere else for the week due to the safe,clean and tasty menu variety.|It was difficult to single out any staff member as they ALL were so lovely and professional. Nothing was too much trouble.|The owner who checks with you every morning should be proud of all of his "Angels".|The 3 pools were spotless and well supplied with beds and towels, and no having to get up at 5am to secure one as there was plenty to choose, sunny or shady.|I will recommend this place to everyone who visits the area as "THE BEST CANDOLIM WILL OFFER".|There is nothing negative to say about this hotel !!!|Loved every minute in this property.

We booked a three-bedroom villa at the Seashell complex, which was superb. The villa's ensuite bathroom for each bedroom was so convenient. Knowing we didn't have to fight to have access to a bathroom made the whole stay with two children so good!

Following our first visit last year in which we were very impressed we stopped off again for a few days on our trip to Goa. Again we can’t praise the hotel enough. In terms of value for money it is unbeatable: rooms are large, beautifully kept and have comfy beds and brilliant showers. The grounds and pool areas are also great, plenty of sunbeds and a quiet and calm oasis in the hustle and bustle of Candolim. The staff without exception and friendly and helpful, always cheery and generally make you feel as if you are a welcome guest and that nothing is too much trouble. The only slight downside is that noise can carry around the main building at night, with guests coming and going. This wasn’t a problem to us but maybe some people would be irritated by it. It feels mean to mention it even when we have no doubt at all we will be back, and will be greeted as old friends when we arrive
