NillRating: 1/5 I don’t usually like to post reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so shockingly bad that I feel compelled to warn others. Room: They just provided one blanket for 5 people. To top it off, the water pressure was nonexistent, and no option of the hot water. Service: The staff seemed entirely uninterested in their jobs. Or don't have information at all. Requests for basic amenities, like fresh towels or soap, were either ignored or took hours to be fulfilled. When I complained about the state of my room, they shrugged it off and didn’t offer any solutions. During checkin they cleared that they will charge 20% for alcohol and no option of outside food and beverages. They insisted that we buy snacks and when ordered, the quantity was less and the quality of the food was below average. During checkout they charged almost 50 to 60% and when inquired they said they made it clear already where they have not. Either this person don't know the simple calculation or their motto is to just loot the customers. Pathetic behaviour from the owner and co-owner. Value for Money: This was easily the worst value for money I’ve ever encountered. The price was absurdly high for the abysmal conditions provided. I’ve had better experiences in hostels than at this so-called “hotel.” Overall Experience: Avoid this hotel at all costs. It was a nightmare during checkout, and I deeply regret staying here. Spend your money elsewhere—you’ll thank yourself later.

NillI recently stayed in this guest house and was extremely disappointed. The rooms were poorly maintained and had a persistent foul odor. There was no backup electricity, which meant that when the power went out, there was no fan, AC, or light—making it very uncomfortable. The food was also unacceptable; it was inedible and not even suitable for street dogs. On top of that, the owner was rude and seemed more interested in arguing than in providing good service. It took an unreasonable amount of time—around 24 hours—to figure out who the owner even was. Beware of this hotel if you’re considering booking due to the low rates.

NillVery very worst stay near colva beach. Owner shayam panchal, This guy very rude and behaving worst ever. Actually we booked st.xaviers guest house- Colva beach. Owner sent all the pictures of rooms, In that picture room was very neat and clean, Looking new.So we paid advance.But after we visited room, It was very old very bad interior with insects.Owner asked me to cancell the booking, Beacuse of commission purpose,He told we give u another guest house. He showed samaira guest house. We seen the rooms. Very worst and bad smelled rooms. this property also have , Entire night power flexivation, no bathroom lights and no blankets, no fan for entire night. And the owner arguing with the costumers even night also, he didn’t give us to sleep well. Next day we went and asked, He replied with - you guys have AC then y u need a fan like he speeking. He's telling what ever u can do, No one will ask me like wise he telling. No one can eat there breakfast even domestic dog also, cause we found some 🪰 on Poori n sagu. And he change it to Poha, even worst than previous one. He serve poori with pickles, he is the one who first person in the world served poori with pickles. This owner owning three property name called - Xavier guest houst, samaira guest house and this one carolina guest house. this three property was have a worst rooms ever dont go here they will cheat. Families , Friends group , couples - Not recommended. 1. Worst Rooms 2. Worst Service 3. Rude behaviour from owner 4.Power Flexivation 5.No fan, No bathroom Lights 6.Worst Breakfast.. 7. Flyies in food ( dated:24th October 2024 morning brek) 8. Most importantly photos in the website not belonging to this property, pls don’t go through this photo totally unworthy. Very bad and Don't go for these three properties.

Nill‼️‼️‼️‼️Caution‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Attention everyone I'm suggesting you all please don't book this property. all staffs are very miss behaving including the owner and the manager also they don't have manners to talk to a tourist and they scammed you also they'll sell your room at midnight and in morning they force you to do check out is there scam strategy I sincerely advise you all to not book this property.

NillVery rud staff , washroom were in damage condition,TV not working, All commitment given before room booking were not fulfilled. Charges were increased by them while checkout. Kindly visit other hotels

NillIt was a worst experience one of the dirtiest guest house I have seen in Goa no proper hygiene bathrooms are dirty and we can have a great experience seeing 🪳even snakes and no room boy for cleaning no tooth paste no wifi no soaps we can see tv but no remote, wash basin is inside the bathroom but no water or pipe connection for 5 days I have payed 19000 in advance for 2 rooms and 3 times we have changed the room for unhygienic and we vacated in 4 days and the person was so roude he didn't refund the amount I don't no who is that great person who went out with good experience from that place it's more to speak but i cannot explain

NillNo service avilable, no hygiene, daily room cleaning is not available, even tea coffee is not good, no towel soap and water provided by them. So just don't go for this guest house is all these thing matter to u too.
