The property's prime location near the beach was its saving grace. However, the exorbitant 5,000 rupee charge for a single night, significantly exceeding the room's value and comparable options, was a major disappointment. While the staff was courteous, the owner's less-than-ideal behavior and the misleading booking process with Mr. Johy further tarnished the experience. The significant discrepancy between the advertised photos and the actual room left us feeling deceived. Ultimately, the room's true value lies closer to the 2,000-3,000 rupee range. Future guests should exercise caution when booking to avoid a similar mismatch between expectations and reality.

After checking out they frequently called saying we didn't pay our break fast bill. We even send them screen shot after that they are telling it's billing mistake we need to pay again, Staywise we never encountered any problem, but care full about the employees.

Unhygienic ,arrogant people, horrible food and really unsafe for women (heard about a cctv incident when we went there). Avoid at all cost.🤮you will save on hospital bills.

Avoid the restaurants in Goa with poorly behaved staff and unpleasant ambiance. They have tried to assault our sir. It is best to stay away from such places.

The main attraction is that Colva Beach is very adjacent to that. Rooms are good and near Hot water available Staff are friendly,good service Tasty food at a reasonable price. Not spacious room In the bathroom, the towel holder and door are not fixed properly
