Charges are high as per the guest house. Owner seems to money minded. To keep our luggage for 2 hrs she charged 200/- extra. No tea no breakfast. Drinking water also u need to fill from tap

The rooms were clean and nice. Spacious too. But the vibe of the place was way off. You will not see anyone around the property. You can see the "keep silence" board everywhere. Didn't felt like goa at all. Rooms were good, washroom was really good. Felt that it was pricey though. Overall i didn't liked the feel but rooms were decent.

This place has good rooms. Rooms are spacious and clean but there is no housekeeping service. Meanwhile, there were multiple electricity cuts during our stay. Hotel staff asks for 1000₹ as the the security deposit which is very weird! This place doesn’t have any cafeteria. As per staff, wifi is available at this place. However it doesn’t work & upon asking staff says, walls are thick so wifi is weak. You won’t see much guests here and this place doesn’t have a Goa vibes, instead it has a vibe of hostel.

We stayed here for 3 days. It's 15 mins walk from Colva beach.|Room was okay. Sheets were clean.|Bathroom was okay.|Bed was comfortable.|No pool.|TV was pethatic.|AC was good.|Overall cleaning was okay.|Electricity backup was good.|They do not have food options.|They have a menu of a nearby restaurant with home delivery option. But owner of the property charge 5 rs for each paper plate and a spoon.|We find the behaviour of the owner was rude. No hospitality at all. No warm welcome. No Good bye. They shut the doors on the checkout day. No body was there to take the luggage out or ask for transport arrangements to Airport. They also charge for keeping the luggage after checkout. This charge is not mentioned anywhere while check in. They also take some deposit other then rent. All in advance. Let's say if you are staying for three days they will ask you for full 3 days rent on day one and take your original ID card till they get total rent in advance plus deposit.||Overall if I have to stay near Colva beach next time I would try to find some good options with pool and restaurant.| | ||

It's a really amazing place, we've been coming to this place every time we come to Goa and I can confidently say that the rooms as well as the washrooms are kept spick and span, it's also close to colva beach and lots of restaurants nearby.

I went here with Family. Me wife and Son. Some point are below. It's walking distance (600mtr) from beach but you can't see the beach. They only have neat rooms without any service at all. Not even tea and drinking water. Old style TV 📺. With limited channel. My son wanted to see some cartoon but we didnt find any channel. On checkout day we had late flight and we want to explore few places hence decided to keep the luggage bags in cloakroom. But surprisingly they charged 100rs per bag for 3 hrs. Old lady is very mony minded. If you just want to get a good sleep with neat lenins it's good. If you are mostly spending time outside 10am to 10 pm. It has sigh board Keep silence like meditation centre. Lot of disclaimers and policy boards.

Nice place, peaceful environment to live. Recommendable for family and large groups. There is special kitchen if someone wants to make their own food. Water supply and electricity is perfect as compared to other places.
