Graciano Cottages

An absolutely down to earth, great place to stay, so close to the beach, bars & restaurants! Enough of parking space. This is not a 5 Star property, but comes along with excellent team service, including a very enthusiastic & positive manager & the security gaurd, who goes out of their way to make the guests comfortable. Complaints, if any, are immediately sorted out. For the price you pay, I would definitely recommend this place to stay in Colva. I would always stay at Graciano.

Had a horrible experience. They overcharged us when we wanted to stay an extra night. The rooms were badly Maintained and we had to force them to clean the toilets. Bed Linen was stained and dirty. Regret having had to stay there with family. Found much better stay later on nearby like velankani cottage, vinsons cottage for better price and facilities.

Worst worst worst. I want to give 0 stars. It's not a cottage, it's a normal room. The lobby is so compact that it feels like a public washroom. Rooms are not clean. The ceiling fan had a lot of dust. 5-6 cockroaches were present. Many of the interior stuff was broken. Wifi doesn't work, it's just for name sake. TV not working as they didn't recharge. The toilet flush wasn't working. We have to ask for everything like towels, water, etc. No proper parking available. Not recommended.

"The executive rooms feel more like standard rooms. We booked two rooms for six people, but they only provided four towels. After complaining, they told us that we needed to share towels. After much discussion, they finally provided the additional towels. The washroom was damaged, with very low water pressure. There was no tower bolt or aldrop to close the washroom door, and the jet spray was broken. Even after complaining, no one came to repair or replace these issues. Additionally, the food prices are very high compared to nearby restaurants."

*Graciano Cottage - Colva Goa Review* Executive rooms are felling like standard room, 2 rooms booked for 6 people but they will provide only 4 towels. Damaged washroom, very slow water force to water, No Tower Bolt / Aldrop for closing washroom door, Damaged Jet Spray and even after complaining regarding this no one repaired / replaced. Food rate is very high as compared to outside nearby restaurants.

Staff mr Ravi who is I think carefully taker . Is very rude . Services are pathetic. Owner is not even bothered wat customer is facing I booked with breakfast but they charged extra for breakfast and fight for that

I had been travelling to GOA for the last 15 years with my Friends & Family. Most Disappointing Experience of my life. No Offence, but I really felt like I was on a Holy Trip. Didn't really felt like I was in GOA. AC's were Not Working. Cupboard & Washroom Doors are Infected with Fungus. Hot Water in the bathrooms are available only from 7 to 11am. Lady owner/manager is like a Hostel Warden. I suggest they keep a Bell for her to ring to indicate to us that it's time for us to Wakeup or to Eat or to Sleep. Very Bad Room Service. WORST STAY YOU WILL HAVE IN COLVA GOA.

Excellent food and services as well as nearest to beach. You can enjoy with family and friends. I have stayed with family and we enjoyed a lot.
