Graciano Cottages

The location is very near to Colva beach. Rooms are good but the staff is incredible, very friendly. We enjoyed our stay here. Very good place for family.

Had a horrible experience. They overcharged us when we wanted to stay an extra night. The rooms were badly Maintained and we had to force them to clean the toilets. Bed Linen was stained and dirty. Regret having had to stay there with family. Found much better stay later on nearby like velankani cottage, vinsons cottage for better price and facilities.

An absolutely down to earth, great place to stay, so close to the beach, bars & restaurants! Enough of parking space. This is not a 5 Star property, but comes along with excellent team service, including a very enthusiastic & positive manager & the security gaurd, who goes out of their way to make the guests comfortable. Complaints, if any, are immediately sorted out. For the price you pay, I would definitely recommend this place to stay in Colva. I would always stay at Graciano.

Worst worst worst. I want to give 0 stars. It's not a cottage, it's a normal room. The lobby is so compact that it feels like a public washroom. Rooms are not clean. The ceiling fan had a lot of dust. 5-6 cockroaches were present. Many of the interior stuff was broken. Wifi doesn't work, it's just for name sake. TV not working as they didn't recharge. The toilet flush wasn't working. We have to ask for everything like towels, water, etc. No proper parking available. Not recommended.

Worst Stay I ave seen ever. Owner is a Lady who is in Mumbai and book the room on Phone Call. No Hot Water, Bathroom is very dirty, Wall of Rooms are also very Dirty, Very Old Towel with some hole in it very bad. No proper Window on ground Floor, any body can open window from out side in Night. Don’t get phool on sweet words from Staff n Lady Owner. In all Humble request to all please please don’t book this hotel online or offline.
