Village By The Sea, Colva

Excellent location. Colva beach, market area, Spa etc, all within walkable distance. Rooms are spacious and clean. Price is very reasonable. With this price, we got much more than we expected. It made us feel home. We extended our stay in the same place as the stay was very comfortable and homely.

I stayed at this beautiful cosy place for two days. I was at this town for a business seminar. I had read good reviews already and hence booked a room here. It's located on a main road hence is accessible by taxis. Room was clean. There is a cupboard and a small cabinet. Each room has an AC and a refrigerator. Bed was clean. Washroom was clean. Water was warm for bathing. Since I stayed here during the monsoon, I required an umbrella and the host was kind enough to offer me one. They also helped with getting a taxi after 8 PM because major cab operators don't come here at night. Good restaurants and cafes are 500-800 metres away. The price for the stay is reasonable.

We Enjoyed A lot.... At Village by the Sea.. 🤩🥰 Ms Fernandaze is a very nice person, her Husband also Cooperative nd helpful. Ms Fernandaze has a Smiling face alwz.it makes ur day.... Starting. You can go.for.. Village by the sea Resort without any hesitations.. It fullfills our all the Expectations.

I visited South Goa in early Feb, 2024 at a time when a large chunk of the entire district was booked out due to 45,000 people arriving for the 4-day India Energy Week conference. While it was taking place in Betul (25 km away), all good hotels (2-star plus) were booked till Colva. I was visiting the conference, and like many people stayed in Colva, the nearest available area. So, prices were on fire, but I managed to book this place and had a lovely 5-night stay. Although the place doesn't seem like much, it is spacious, clean, offers all basic facilities, and costs much lower than nearby hotels or stay in Colva. Ambiance. The place is quiet, even though it's on the main road which traverses Colva. The roads become empty by 8 PM but the one week I spent in Colva, I didn't feel unsafe. My female associates said the same. My visit in Early Feb 2024 was made nicer by the professional and helpful hostess, who arranged a cab for me and was very courteous in the few time I spoke with her. Her family members, who help run the place, were equally nice. Liked how the hotel did not bother me with my checkout time, and I left my room a full 2 hours after the mandated time. The Price was very very reasonable as compared to what the going rate was in and around Colva, the time I visited.

"The rooms are conveniently located near all facilities, offering reasonable prices and excellent service. Maintained property clean and neat. Situated close to the beach, it provides good value for money. However, the food quality is average." It is manageable.

Village by the sea is all that you expect from a sea side stay. As the name implies it gives all the charm of a village by the sea,even when situated within walkable distance from colva market and bus stop. The location is just 5 mins walk from beach; it's calm, serene, laid back and excellent. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Host of the place was caring and friendly.

One of the best hotels in Colva. The caretaker mam and sir are very co-operative and always ready to help and guide you. They immediately arrange for conveyance when necessary at reasonable rates. Moreover breakfast quantity and quality is also good.The Colva beach is walking distance of 25 minutes but 5 minutes drive.We were a group of 8 .The rooms are spacious with ac.Very clean and good surrounding.I strongly recommend if you are planning to go to South Goa must stay here. Especially with family and children. We enjoyed our stay with children very much. Thank u mam very much. Wishing to visit again soon.

Undoubtedly i can say that this is the best place to stay with your family in colva at a reasonable rate. The rooms are neat & the facilities are great. The main thing that impressed us is that the behavior of the host and the staff was also impressive. The vehicle that they have arranged was also simply superb, 2 day's we really enjoyed our stay and trip. I would also like to thank the manager of the property Mrs. Josephine, you have been a wonderful host to us. With no further thought's i can easily say that the next time when i come for vacation this will be my only priority. To the management of Village By The Sea, see you soon in our future goan trips.
