Best hotel , the pool swim was amazing with the music had gone with our batch . The day was well spent and everything was just so nice . Nice place would like to recommend to everyone ❤️‍🩹

Unprofessional owner, rooms were big but smelly. Not much to say. family stay would be difficult here. How come they are getting above 4 ratings is a mystery.. Enjoy, those who come here.. :)

Stayed at this Hotel, beautiful location surrounded by greenery, calm and quiet and pleasant stay. We don't get internet connection inside the room we have come out and sit in the hall. Rooms are spacious and clean, there is hot water and AC. Morning breakfast is free with the room rent but first day we had argument with one of the staff for our choice of breakfast. Breakfast was good, lunch and dinner was average, we did not visit the kitchen. The hotel is under new management with Bengali staffs. The manager Mr.Tubai Bag is a very good person and helpful, there is one Mr.Dipankar a little arrogant person with whom we had an argument. There are plenty of Bengalese around in that area. Beverages were supplied but charged higher than the market rate, food was expensive, specially fish item. You will have to tell them in advance what beer or whisky you require so that they bring the stock and keep since there are no shops around or better still go with your own vehicle and get whatever you want. There are restaurants in the vicinity of 3kms. They have scooters for hire. Please check the billing twice for mistakes before making the payment. Overall a memorable stay and enjoyed the short vacation.

Excellent hotel, I would recommend it to everyone. The staff is always polite and available for our every request. The rooms are very clean and the breakfasts are excellent and abundant. The area is very quiet and peaceful (even at night) and in a few minutes you can reach the beach on foot through the rice fields.

It is an excellent accommodation place for a peaceful stay and would like to recommend the stay. Pros: 1) Large and spacious rooms with excellent hygiene and cleaness 2) It has an common sharing area (very spacious), where you will get an working space (office work) or can have a birthday party or mini function. (Best place for people who are looking for remote working and spend time in Goa) 3) Staffs are very friendly and will help you in exploring Goa. 4) Peaceful environment and closer to sea (less then 2km in car) 5) Budget friendly and it's only one few place where you get Breakfast included in the stay Cons 1) There is no much cons but if think i have only one that is limited options in Breakfast, and can add South Indian Breakfasts in the menu
