Milan deserves special thanks for taking care of the visitors!! I recently stayed at this charming cottage for a much-needed retreat, and it exceeded all my expectations. Nestled in a serene location with breathtaking views of the surrounding farms, the cottage provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The interior was cozy yet spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. Everything was spotlessly clean. Thank you, we see you again !!

It was a lovely experience staying at this place. It's located close to Colva beach which is my favourite beach so far. What truly made my visit exceptional was the warm and friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, the employees went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made all the difference, creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere. The only thing I didn't like was a bit expensive food bill for the things I ordered from this place. But that was my choice, rest aside, everything was value for money and had a very satisfying experience.

A decent hotel, but the bathrooms were very small and hardly any space to shower, I don’t recommend for families with over 3 people, the service and location was great, but there were lots of bugs and mosquitoes even in our room. The AC is terrible and I don’t think they clean the sheets very often. Not the best of hotels, the one next door looks much better.

If tourism in Goa followed the Country View model it might still restore this green, sea-blessed land to its true rhythms. Goans Gregory (owner), Milan and Renuka (caretaker and cook) are the sentinel trees that cocoon the traveler in old style hospitality and home-cooked meals. Among other notable hosts is a lovely Ber tree as you turn off the road towards this marigold yellow guesthouse. A corridor of Coconut palms on the ground floor, and two Wild-badam trees- from whose tiered canopy kingfishers dive by turn, headfirst into the dazzling green of a paddy field. Coucals, Red whiskered bulbuls and Purple rumped sunbirds abound, as do innumerable resident and migratory wetland visitors. Wildflowers and grasses perfume the air early each morning. As they say in goa, ‘What more you need?!’ For the picky ones, there’s also excellent ventilation in the upstairs rooms via a steady sea breeze, a clothesline, secure doors and caretakers on the premises 24x7. This is my second visit within a year.

A few meters away from Colva beach, it's a limited rooms homestay model. Despite being overshadowed by the Salcete Beach Resort right next door, it has its regular guests especially from the Eastern European side as well as galavanters like me on a budget. The caretaker Gregory is always just a call or message away to offer any kind of assistance. And the mother-daughter duo (Milan), who manage housekeeping and catering, are very resourceful. Stayed a night since a friend was already booked there, and was quite happy with the stay and service.

Great place with friendly staff and perfect destination with reachability to nearby beach and market. Breakfast was also very good in taste and at an affordable price.

Gregory and his lovely housekeeper made sure my solo short stay was as comfortable as possible. It's a 2 min walk from the beach and the property overlooks an erstwhile paddy field. All rooms have that view.

For 1k a night during November time, this stay is amazing. It's 5mins away from the beach, you can access by walk. The stay has room service by an amazing family, who give home made food. The stay is owned by Gregory Gracias. Greg is an awesome person, he also helps pickup and drop customers and is super flexible with requests. They have a fridge on the reception for you to keep drinks. They also have a water purifier for you to get unlimited pure water . The room is spacious for 2+2. There is a small area for keeping your water kettle and for you to make quick coffee. However cooking is not allowed, so please ask room service for any breakfast, lunch or dinner. We stayed for 9 nights and the entire food cost was less than 5k. We almost had breakfast and lunch everyday in room. They also serve fish curry, fish fry, chicken and pure veg food. The tea is average though, but you can request for strong black coffee (which is pure Nescafe) and it's good. The entrance to beach has a small fish market, but once you cross that point, you can access betalbatim beach and sunset beach easily by walk. Next to the property you will find food land restaurant and pinacolada shack. The food land guys were amazing too, good service. The pinacolada shack has beach facing candle night dinner. You also can hire scooter for 400-500 a day in November (price based on demand). Lot of grocery shops nearby and wine shop nearby. There are tattoo shops and ayurvedic medicine shop too. Overall great experience for the price. Greg charges 1k for airport drop and 500 for railway station pickup and drop. I recommend coming to Goa by Train, if you come from bangalore. It's fun. Madgoan station is 15mins drive from this property.
