Filthy hotel. Disgusting fans were not working AC's temperature was fixed at 16 and could not be change. If you travelling with family don't don't choose this property.

Stayed here for one night on 10 OCT. The room wasn't clean at all. cockroaches were roaming around. the room was smelling and when complained we were told it might be cause of the painting. We have even added breakfast while booking but to our utter shock there was no buffet breakfast and also to add to the agony the property owner provide one idly and one Vada each charging 400 for both. Even after complaining and raising a ticket both with booking.com and Oyo... they couldn't help and the property manager was adamant that ... this is what we provide here for breakfast. The staff and service was not up to the mark.

they don't want to give any service or provide any support. They just want money. worst place to stay. the floor was unclean. There was fruit flies in the room

Nothing. It's an Oyo maintained hotel, so they take more bookings than rooms. They called me in the afternoon & I confirmed that I'll reach by 11:00 PM. but when I reached they told that hotel is overbooked and I may go to any Oyo hotel. I got stuck with my wife & kid and shameless staff told me that it happens every now & then, they ask customers to book any other Oyo room and they don't even help in the transport. They asked me to get booking at nearby shitty hotel, finally I searched nearby decent hotel, arranged a cab (which is extremely hard to find in Goa as ola/Uber doesn't work properly) and took my family to different location by mid night. They show very nice pics, but it's in residential area with a small building nothing close to any hotel. I think it's just cheap accommodation for bachelors, can't be trusted. Highly unreliable, won't be booking any hotel in future with Oyo name in it.

I'm staying here...it's calm and peaceful place to normal standard...with nice staff...I'm satisfied.

Pathetic is still a decent word to describe this place Room smelled like cigarettes And they had nothing to do about it!!
