Collection O Resort Village Royal Near Calangute Beach

Show off on pics/ online, but its not so good when you visit there. Service was very poor. I checked on 22/12/19, TV was not working, drinking water was not given, door locks were not properly getting locked, intercom was not working, there was no water in the flush. Breakfast was good, but not variety and used to get over quickly, had to wait to get more stock. Breakfast only two varieties. Staircase areas are very bad, no cleanliness. The swimming pool was good, they have two pools. They initially said beach is closed to the resort 15 mins walk, however it is at distance of 2.7 kms and takes more than 30 mins by walk and you don't get any vehicle to go and come, however they have cabs and they charge very high. Snooker board was there, only for display, it was not working. In staff- Arun was helpful.

Budgeted room with AC facility and good quality of breakfast. We had stayed for 5 days and the room service was also good and they arrived in few minutes. The TV was an issue but it got fixed the next day as we arrived. Swimming pool was also good for spending the leisure time. Overall it was a good experience.

The room was actually good and budget friendly. It comes along with the service of swimming pool. The room was clean and tidy. A guide helps you with the check in and stuff. The complementary breakfast was disappoining. Do not trust on that. Just a piece of sanwich is what they provide as breakfast with some sugar and coffee powder which cannot even be considered as a snack. Other than that the service was good and the overall experience was average. You have to find food for yourself if you have plans on satisfying hunger.

Hotel is good and the room was nice too however there was no room service even for drinking water we had to ask people thrice. No soaps in the washroom The pool is nice though but I don’t think they change the water regularly as I could sense it. Overall is ok to live but if u want a better experience go somewhere else!!

Worst experience. If you are Indian guest, please don't book this hotel as *you are not foreigner* to get good treatment . We were group of 8 friends booked for vacations but since checked-in, we had very bad experience. Manager himself behaved irritating, probably he don't like guest to ask for any service or tell him the in-convince. Bullying behaviour. Food manager is worst person I ever meet. I found him behaving *very badly* with many Indian guest. He verifies breakfast list like we are begging for free breakfast and extremely irritating behaviour almost with all guests(He is frustrated guy we found). We spent almost 20K in this property but found better peace outside. Manager asks you to give rating in front of him (I said to do it later , his face was absolutely dominating, he pushes guests for that (probably thats why they have good rating on OYO application). Even some of them are really good people but some event don't had manner to talk to ladies(They use sarcasm during discussion) .I am writing a lot to tell the real experience we all 8 had. Absolutely unpleasant experience.

We stayed for 3 nights and group of 8 people in 3 rooms. Bad power connection in rooms, keying the key in socket also wont start power! Dead phoneline for 2 days. Awesome and pocket friendly food at the restaurant below! Nice clean swimming pool. Very secluded location.. heavy on parking sides during holidays. Helpful staff though.

You guys are the best. Freddie was exceptional. 24/7 service with the bar. Parking. Instant Room service. Everything was great guys. Love to be with u soon again. I'm gonna book with u every single time going ahead.

Budgeted room with AC facility and good variety of unlimited breakfast and swimming pool. We were there for 4 days at 4.5k. service is kind, people are good and server staff well. They don't crib if u stay for couples of his beyond your check out time (depend upon availability)
