Mademoiselle Boutique Hotel and Cafe

We had an excellent stay at the property our room was super cute and pinkish which we liked the most. From booking the property to checking out from the property was handle perfectly handled by Ms Jony and Ms nikita. Even when we had any sort of issues like the café and restaurant getting closed by 8pm they would suggest us to order from swiggy or zomato, also they would be very kind to send us cutleries with food, I mean which hotel does that no one. This is what impressed us the most about the property. The cleaning person and the reception people was always available. We would also be happy to tell that the manager of the property was also very kind. He was also from Mumbai like us though 😁. We would surely come back to the property. If you are visiting goa then you must book your stay here, as Ms jony and Ms nikita would go the extreme to help you out with you basic needs. Thanks you whole team. I recommend everyone here

Half their menu is unavailable, couldn't order crepes and the stuff we ordered was just about OK. We ordered French toast for 600 bucks... like what the actual French is that pricing? I still ordered thinking they must have added their own twist to it or it must be a different recipe, but nope it was just an average French toast. Ridiculous I haven't paid so much for a French toast I frigging st.moritz.

Room description + booking confirmation mentioned 'breakfast in the comfort of your own room', but upon arrival we were told that breakfast would be served in the downstairs café only. They do make excellent croissants though.||Suite came with 2 balconies which were hardly usable due to road-facing side. Oh, and the road ... one pothole after the ather, driving with 10km/h max. ||Apart from that, the hotel was nice + staff friendly. .

They definitely deserve a bad review, our experience in this hotel was not worth, no hot water facilities, no proper service, as soon as we arrived for breakfast, nobody cared to take order, where in they immediately attended other customers who came after us, ill treatment. They hv to master in order taking first,, when taking order we explained the person so much about our order still not getting us, it was worst situation we faced,, definitely they are not fit to run this hotel industry..! Reception are not well qualified they were irritating kids don’t touch this that etc,,, over all they don’t deserve one star,,

Excellent food, ambience, and service. Very reasonable prices. But rooms were bit musty and damp and intercom wasn't working. Nice and helpful staff. Location is quite good as well. Pool is small but clean. Good value for money hotel in Assagaon.

From the breakfast to the eve snacks by the pool, to the comfiest rooms to the safest environment. It was an amazing stay. If its Goa, it must be mademoiselle boutique hotel . we got the best room and were made comfotable, even followed up during and after the stay. Always helpful, with a smile on their faces. Food was really awesome specially Napolitano style pizza and spaghetti aglio olio was top touch and bakery items were fresh and tested really good. Barista guy Ravindra had so much creativity on coffee he made different types of design on coffee. Overall my stay was awesome, loved it!

Very cute and clean place. Room was a bit small. Service was good. Food was really good. The location was deep inside a lane. The road there has not been done up at the time we went, so lots of potholes and puddles. It's very close to Soro The Village Pub - 5 mins walk. Staff was able to help us with contacts of cab drivers. Their cafe has nice options.

Had ordered a pesto chicken croissant sandwich but got a normal pesto sourdough sandwich, not worth the taste and quality of ingredients used. Served some cheap 10 bucks wafers with it. Not worth the price at all. Even though the staff was sweet enough to apologise & manager told the staff to keep a check on these things. But won’t expect this from a well known hotel cum restaurant.
