The swimming pool is the hotel is a good attraction and we went their to stay twice in a year . Nearby to the beaches so we can explore the surroundings at night as well,rely closely to the .area so all the essentials can be bought n 1-2 km of area which is really feasible from a tourist point of view. The negatives - Little expensive comparatively and no ventilation, it feels suffocating inside the room and the TV and AC services are not that well maintained. The prices high for the rooms ,but will definitely stay for the swimming pool . Overall good experience if you are a person who want swimming pool and want to relax .

Call it a bad day or a mistake to book hotel without knowing about it , This was the worst hotel experience ever. The owner/manager was an extremely rude guy .The language he used had more bad words and lesser words. The staff was really rude .The hotel is on the dead end and really inaccessible. The parking is not available for this hotel even for 2 wheelers. We had to park our car at least 0.5km away from the hotel. The swimming pool was purposely kept closed and when it was open we were given only half hour to swim. The worst part is that the staff behaves in a really really rude way .The owner as well as the staff are extremely rude. Even when the rooms were empty , they allocated us late as we had booked from Oyo . The bathrooms are really dirty .One person was kind but his kindness was also overshadowed by the super rude behavior of the owner as well as the staff. Its a sincere and humble suggestion from my side that please don't visit this hotel . You may have a real bad experience as well as a loss of your valuable time and money .

Stayed 2 days here Staff here are friendly. Breakfast is good Attractive Pool at 1st floor. Price is higher on weekends but fine as the beach is close by and restaurant n shops are nearby.

Mr. Prabhakar will listen to you and help you in whatever possible ways. Breakfast is yummy. Distance from beach is just 400m. Walkable at night too. Safe.

It was ok. Staff is good. Only Cash is valid no card accepted. Hotel has several rules pool has rules you cant jump and so.. You need to buy cold water but at last day staff have given us cold water.. Distance to beach is quite away around 0.8km. Overall hotel is okk.

Stayed out of curiousity as I've heard the really horrible reputation of it. #Starting with a parking, there's no any parking spot provided by hotel,u have to park somewhere else or in a paid parking areas #Swimming pools not clean and many restrictions for swimming #Extremely rude behavior of workers and owner #Very irritating noises of pet dogs and workers that make u feels as like came to zoo not in hotel #I have given 1 star only because ,One of the workers is very cooperative and helpful to Us

We checked in on 1st October 2014. It was pick season started. ||1. We find it difficult to locate the hotel. It is not in main road. But a bit inside, as nobody seems to know about it.||2. It costs us @3200 per night with out a/c. Way to costly compared to the amenities they give. You can easily get a 3-star hotel @ that price.||3. Manager was a rough guy with bad attitude. Other stuff were polite and responsive.||4. Complementary breakfast was horrible not adequate at all, also with very less options.||5. Above all they had a policy of giving complete stay money @ time of check in. Which I think very weird and complete unnecessary.||||Good point is they had a nice swimming pool and location is @center of city.

Worst hotel ever entered in terms of service. Rooms and pools are good not the people. Extremely rude and arrogant staff. Very disappointed experience ever. Better go for other hotel there are thousands of other beautiful hotels are there to chill and enjoy your vacation. Don't ruin your holiday here
