The location is good, but the service is disappointing, especially during checkout. They falsely claimed there were blood stains and demanded ₹2000 for that. Additionally, there was no hot water in the room, and the room service was inadequate. While Vikram was helpful and did his best, Vikrant was uncooperative and unwilling to address concerns. I would not recommend this property

The rooms of the annex on the other side of Titos lane are freshly renovated! It was a nice and reasonable stay. Would come back here again. Big plus was the large balcony!

Room is clean & good and even manager and workers are so co-oparative over all its a nice stay, one can prefer for happy vacation as it is near to beach 😍

Worst hotel in Goa they are accusing you of unnecessary allegation , and demand extra money at checkout. Untidy rooms and amenities . Not recommended at all

You get what you pay for. Property is in Tito's Lane. Good air-conditioning and hot water in bathroom. WiFi is weak but available. Has restaurant downstairs.

The rooms are untidy, no charging points. They charged extra for the included amenities.

Very bad experience. Amenities given were also charged extra. Bad service, bad room no cleaniness. No water, no current.
