I had a very poor experience during my stay at Fab Hotel. We had to wait for nearly 2 hours after arrival before getting our room, which was extremely inconvenient. The booking agent was not proactive or helpful throughout the process. One of the main reasons we chose this property was the pool, but unfortunately, it was not operational during the day — exactly when we had planned to use it. Overall, the service and facilities were far below expectations. Definitely not the experience I expected from Fab Hotels.

Disappointing Stay for Families. Overall Rating: 1/5 Stars I recently stayed at Fab Hotel Prime Kings Court from September 12 to 15, 2025, for three nights with my wife and daughters. Unfortunately, this turned out to be our worst hotel experience, and I would strongly advise against booking here, especially for families seeking a relaxing vacation. While the lower prices might seem tempting, they come at the cost of subpar service and amenities that left us frustrated throughout our stay. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious, and the swimming pool is adequate for a quick dip. The highlight was undoubtedly the food – I had booked under the MAP plan (breakfast and dinner), and it was consistently good. Special mention to the staff member named Krishna, who was exceptionally friendly and efficient, even delivering meals to our room when needed. However, the room service was shockingly poor, with staff appearing lazy and unresponsive to basic requests. The hotel uses centralized air conditioning, which worked fine on the first day but failed completely over the next two days – we were left relying solely on the fan in the sweltering heat with mosquitoes. When the TV stopped working on the afternoon of the second day, I made multiple requests to have it fixed (recharge the dish) so my children could watch something during the daytime. Despite following up in person, the team ignored us until the third afternoon, when we returned from sightseeing. To make matters worse, when I escalated the issue to reception, the staff member dismissively told me to “write whatever you want in the review and complaint,” showing a complete lack of accountability. Hot water was another major issue; the hot tap simply didn’t deliver, forcing us to complain just to get a heater and bucket for bathing the kids. These small but essential fixes took far too long, turning what should have been a memorable family trip into a series of inconveniences. In summary, if you’re looking for good memories and reliable service, steer clear of this hotel. The staff’s indifference will only lead to unnecessary stress for you and your loved ones. We won’t be returning.

I had a comfortable 4-day stay at the hotel. The staff was polite and attentive, always ready to help. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast—it was fresh, tasty, and had a lot of variety. Dinner was also satisfying, and the chef did an excellent job with the flavors. The hotel was clean and well-kept, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The pool was a nice bonus and perfect for relaxing. I’d happily stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety, and dinner was also quite good. Special thanks to the chef for the delicious meals! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. I also enjoyed some relaxing time by the pool. A great stay overall—would definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic experience staying at FabHotel Prime The King's Court in Goa! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the overall hospitality truly made me feel at home. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—an absolute must in Goa's tropical climate. I also loved the modern interiors and thoughtful touches that made the room feel cozy and relaxing. The location is ideal—close to popular beaches, markets, and great restaurants, yet tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the in-house restaurant served tasty food throughout the day. Overall, FabHotel Prime The King's Court exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and affordable stay in Goa. Will definitely be coming back!

Land line not working AC not working Tv not working. Had to keep on calling for activation. No hot water Washroom door does not have a handle. It's broken. Washroom too worst and no cleaning at all before we checked in. Food was good

Dear Fab Hotels Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at one of your properties. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet even the most basic expectations associated with the Fab Hotels brand. I would like to highlight a few serious concerns: 1. Food Quality & Miscommunication: The food served was extremely poor. Although we requested non-vegetarian meals, we were informed that only vegetarian food was available based on our payment. At the time of booking, there was no option to select or upgrade the meal type. Furthermore, the staff stated that since it was not a peak period, non-vegetarian food was not provided due to storage concerns. This explanation was unacceptable and should have been made clear at the time of booking. 2. Lack of Basic Amenities: No Wi-Fi connectivity during the entire stay Non-functional TV No bucket provided in the bathroom No basic toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste kit No hot water available 3. Unresponsive and Unprofessional Staff: Despite giving continuous feedback, no action was taken. The staff's repeated response was simply, “We can’t help”, which was unprofessional and completely disregarded our concerns. This experience was far below the standard expected from a reputed hotel chain. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and take prompt corrective action to ensure better service and hospitality in the future.

First experience at the fab hotel was disappointing. The lobby was smelly, rooms and it's furniture was not maintained properly. No hot water in the bathrooms. The pool had broken tiles & pool lights which injured my kids feet while swimming. The breakfast was never on time had very limited items for a so called 3 star hotel and also not kept clean. Hopefully first and the last experience at any fab hotels. Please do not see the photos and decide. Read the reviews.
