My family and friends stayed there between March 1st and 3rd, 2024. It was a fantastic experience to stay there. The service and cleaning were amazing, especially I would like to mention Abhishek, the caretaker, who assisted us really well.

The villas are spacious and well maintained. Rooms are big and clean The caretaker Abhishek, provided all the details and responded quickly. Location is quite far from the beach. I believe it's 20-25 mins drive, but I liked the locality and the surroundings. If anyone is planning the trip with a family/ friends then Gurim location shouldn't be a problem. I would highly recommend to go for the villa if anyone is looking for a pool side villa in nominal budget

Naveena is a great host. She made sure we had a comfortable stay at Villa number 3. The lagoon is the attraction. Church view next to the villa will add more Goan feeling to your stay! Spacious rooms Good parking facility. Go here for family time!

Pathetic villa and pathetic service. The villa stinks of water, has dampened walls everywhere, insects in bedroom, cockroaches in pillow and kitchen. The AC in 2 bedrooms don't work. Water dripping all the time. The care taker stole 2 bottles of wine from room when we were out. Showers don't work properly. Swimming pool is not private as 8 villas have 1 huge pool in common. The property is far from everywhere. The distance provided is wrong. Every beach is at least 10- 15 kms away. Had to really struggle to find eatery/market around. For any room delivery, the caretaker would charge extra money.

The host Abhishek coordinated well with us, villa and pool was clean and well maintained and services were good.

Very bad stay. Not at all recommended. There are rats and civet cats roaming around the balcony. Some of our clothes that was drying there was torn and some went missing. The owner is rude and the staff scamed us .
