Villa was nice and stay was comfortable that is only reason giving 2 stars otherwise would have given just 1. We booked the villa for ~ 16 k and nowhere during booking as well as on calls or when we went to check the Villa it was mentioned / was told that Swimming Pool would close at 6 : 30 pm. We all friends gathered by 7 : 00 pm at villa only not being able to use pools and reason that was told to us was for not being able to do the same was that the villa that we booked was in residential area - again something that was not told to us before booking. Lastly, there were issues with amenities provided like fridges / Ac's didn't work properly. If purpose of your stay is to stay in peaceful, quite place, this is best place to be, however if you are booking the villa to party with friends or get together, wouldn't recommend the same.

There wasn't electricity and water. And they came up with more rules which weren't disclosed when we book the room. Like no music inside the villa after 10pm. No music near swimming pool. No shouting in swimming pool. Felt like school rules. If we didn't obey they'll cut the water supply itseems. But without that itself the water was not coming. Totally useless property for vacation.

Issue in villa 1. Kitchen trolley is not cleaned and filled with cockroaches under trolley. 2. Pull maintenance people are very arrogant and rude.they use very bad language and told it's not Maharashtra it is goa.Disappointed. Swimming timming is from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, it should have been till 10:00 pm. This place is not recommended if a group of friends wants to do a party. 3 .An average stay at the place, The room we stayed in was not perfectly maintained as there was a lot of dust in the bed ,and the bathroom windows was not properly fix.

Great place to stay on holiday. We didn't get a lot of facilities. The common fridge was not allowed for use but each room had a tiny fridge to store stuff. The place was clean on arrival and was serviced every other day. We didn't have basic things like a microwave, kettle, oven or a stove. Ironing facilities were provided upon request. Sometimes we had to wait for it. Laundry services were quick. This place is located a good drive through the fields. So if you need to buy anything as an emergency, it's quite a walk away if you don't have a mode of transport. The place has big rooms, cupboards and good storage space, and a nice view of the pool from the balcony. Pools have swimming timings. But it's clean. One of the residents there wasn't too happy about us taking pictures of the place as it was a "residential area" we had rented 2 villas for my friends wedding and hence we were taking a lot of pictures on the wedding day. We obviously made sure not to get anyone else in the background but this lady didn't seem too pleased about it.

An average stay at the place, The room we stayed in was not perfectly maintained as there was a lot of dust in the bed ,and the bathroom window was not properly fixed where it was a little bit scary as a female traveller! We stayed at their property in a deluxe room which is not worthy But the guests arrived here booking a villa said that was comfortable in their stay as it has good space and a neatly maintained villa Overall image of the hotel was good in the view and neatly maintained but not the deluxe rooms available at their place The hotel was locate at a near by location to many beaches like Anjuna, Calangute Where you can easily access to the beaches! Breakfast provided was an average one as they provide with only one main dish with bread toast all the days we stayed

Rooms were just ok. There was no power the whole day when we reached there. Kitchen utensils were not up to the mark. Breakfast was provided on time but the taste was just ok.

This is a must visit property in Goa. The restaurant and food was really good. I stayed in a 2BHK villa, The rooms were fresh, neat with balcony. The villa was equipped with modern Television, Refrigerator, a kettle, sofas. Breakfast was complimentary and with variety of options. Free parking and bike available on rent.
