From Last 20 Years This Is My Favorite Hotel Coz Of Locality... Market Bus Stand n Railway Station Everything Is Near n Accessible.

Rooms are good for the price we pay but you will find many red ants on bed and around. There will be cockroaches and bugs. Bedsheets would have been provider light thicker and bigger as they won't be sufficient for 2 persons at all. Apart from that everything is ok for 1 or night stay only for sleeping. You will have hot water too. The view from our room was good. These days I think we can only find a few hotels that will provide a 24 hour checkout policy.

Need to be reviewed . Very bad option for rooms . Located within market . Though cheap could not sleep night. Full of bed bugs and mosquitoes. Bad condition bathrooms and toilets.wont suggest to anyone.

The hotel doesnt deserve even 1 star....The hotel doesnt consider the age old code of conduct "Athithi Devo Bhava" coz otherwise the staff would be trained to deal with the customers professionally. The room is totally unhygienic...there are flying cockroaches on the bed which also bite...the room is not cleaned even after being instructed to do so...on inquiry we learnt that they have a book wherein they write which room needs to be cleaned...despite that the staff ignored cleaning...on further inquiry we were told that the staff have been instructed to change the bed linen only after 2 days...if you ask them for water at night they will give you excuses thereby compelling you to buy mineral water. The receptionist at night even though on duty ignore the calls made to them for unknown reasons. Though the prices of the hotel is comparatively less, however, the service is exceptionally poor and uncalled for.

Rooms are good but need some room service and attendant. No parking available for cars. One can park bike on road at owner's risk. For single person @11th hour it is good deal actually. But if you are planning to stay with your family n children too. Then it is not that good. You can get non AC rooms for single person for around 800 bucks. Overall nice deal.

I am stayed here last week. I had very bad experience with this hotel. Room is average, bathroom has no lock it can't close, window glass is damaged. bathroom is not clean. They charged 1200 rs for one day. For this price get better rooms in goa

Budget pricing in a very accessible location with market and railway station nearby. Good customer service. Owner Pankaj is very hospitable and friendly. Scrumptious food also available at the in house restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. Overall a great experience. Keep up the good work.

i am stayed here for more than 15 days , all staffs are kind hearted always keep rooms clean it is best for family members , and hotel owner mr. is very polite and kind hearted , there no single disturbance for us for the past 15 days , keep it up .
