The staff is very rude. We had booked a non AC room and had informed the staff that the guests would be coming to only use the washroom as we had family function. However, the staff did not allow our guests and snatched the keys from the guests. This was very humiliating.. the staff is very aggressive. Not at all a family friendly hotel...

I booked one room from Oyo but during the check-in they said they don't accept Oyo booking. I complained to Oyo then they told the Oyo representative that all rooms are booked. Then my booking got cancelled and that hotel offered me the same room for 1k extra from the Oyo amount

Hotel is not well-maintained, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness. The staff members appear to be unprofessional and sometimes rude. It seems that they could benefit from basic training in hospitality. Additionally, the breakfast quality leaves much to be desired.

Great stay. The rooms are clean and organized, the restaurant next to the hotel is also great. Serves good food and drinks are available as well. The hosts are also well behaved and very helpful.
