Rooms are good but management is very strict to the time-line, There is no TV in the room and room service is not available, we need to arrange everything, there is no lift facility, we have to use the stairs....

The management were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy and the rates are also reasonable. The room service was very good, the rooms were clean and tidy. I have been staying here for more than 10 years. Now that the rooms are renovated they are looking more good and brighter.

A well maintained hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The owner and the staffs are friendly ensuring to have a pleasant stay. Shopping area, church, bus stand is just few minutes from this hotel. I highly recommend as one of the best hotel in South Goa to stay at affordable price points.

A calm locality (approx 100 meters from the main road), clean and well maintained place. Snacks, meals and street food are available in 5 mins walking distance. Benaulim beach is a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Both AC and Non-AC rooms are available. Very reasonable tariff. Highly recommended for family

Had a great stay at this hotel. Wonderful staff, always at your service .Clean rooms n showers . Would recommend to anyone visiting Goa. Beach, restaurants, shopping, church, temple, movie theater are just 5-10 minutes away.

The Staff was very Welcoming and Assistive.Took care of our Stay even though it was Midnight Checkin as a Special Request.Brought in required necessities like Water and essential without the need for asking. You can definitely consider it for your Stay
