Viva Hotel

Had a really good experience during my stay. This is my second time. The rooms are well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job. Doyle from the reception was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel

My experience at Viva Hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite changing rooms, the AC continued to malfunction, leaving the rooms uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the absence of hot water made showers uncomfortable. These issues significantly impacted my stay and overall satisfaction with the hotel.

Stayed 2 nights. Cheap and good service from all staff including the famous Doyle! The hotel is clean and airy and quiet. 5 minutes walk to Margoa Junction one way and a few minutes to the centre of Margoa the other way. Would have gotten 5 stars if there'd been a fridge in my room and the wifi is only available in the lobby.

After spending 12 nights at Viva hotel without any inconveniences, we were about to do the check out with my disabled family member and they didn't offer any wheelchair, they only have stairs to leave the hotel and they didn't care to call the taxi either, they just have me a phone number

Doyle the person who sits behind the reception is an truly amazing gentleman. He has did everything in his limits to make sure that we were comfortable all the tym. He used to asked the guest about how was our day with a very sweet smile. 5 star for Doyle's service.
