It was quite an amazing stay. The room was very spacious and clean. The best thing is the owner was very friendly and understood our priorities. I'm a Phytophile and there are plenty of plants around. Overall a great experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room size was generous, providing a spacious and comfortable environment. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff always ready to assist. They also helped me in booking Bus for traveling to North & South Goa which made it easy for me to plan my traveling for my 2 days stay. What truly stood out was the thoughtful touch of offering homemade tea at minimal pricing – a delightful treat that added a personal touch to my stay. In a world where such amenities are often overlooked, this hotel went above and beyond. During my stay, I unfortunately lost my mobile phone. To my surprise and immense gratitude, the hotel owner personally assisted me in getting a new one, even taking me on his motorbike. The staff, understanding my limited tech knowledge, patiently helped me set up my new device. These gestures not only resolved a challenging situation but also showcased the genuine care and hospitality of the hotel's team. I left with not just a positive experience but a heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and kindness extended during my stay. Highly recommended.

The worst place I have ever stayed in. Painting work was in progress still the property owner took booking. Caretakers didn't know the booking details. Pathetic experience.

Superb. Simply Great. They made us our trip wonderful with homely touch. Owner Mr Manoj Raikar is very decent, Co operative and nice gentleman. Rooms are very neat, clean and spacious with all basic facilities. Place is very safe and secured. Service Boy GANESH is really helpful. THE BREAK FAST during all the days of stay was class of its own kind in taste and quantity having reasonable rates. Thank you NITYANAND. See you soon by end of May,24 again.

Rooms were big and clean. We saw cockroach in the room but they cleaned it immediately. Location is very good. We stayed for 2 days with kids and family, it was perfect. It might not suit very well for bachelors as the place is very calm. We didn't try food there but there's a kitchen and they provide food on order. The beds are good, we get a sofa, TV, fridge etc.,

It's the best property to have a good stay in Goa ( Margao). There are eateries close by Veg or Non Veg , pristine beaches, bakeries, Temples etc. Owner is very friendly also suggests places to explore, we had a very good stay would book my accomodation once again at same place whenever I would plan my Goa trip.

I booked looking at the positive reviews on Google maps, but it met and exceeded my expectations. It's in the prime and easily accessible location. What sets this place apart is the exceptional service and huge spacious room overlooking the beautiful garden. The owner went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and promptly attended to the number of sudden requests I had. Stay was comfortable with all amenities. An excellent garden with sitting place so you won't be confined to your room here unlike any other hotel. It felt like home away from home and thier hospitality is so heartwarming. The generous owner also provided a complimentary breakfast and tea in room which was actually not a part of our room package. He also allowed my guests to park thier car in the property. Calm, peaceful and safe. Good to see nature, greenery & a beautiful rock fountain, well maintained. Everything was clean, neat & tidy. Definitely will come back here to stay if in Margao. The only thing I regret is being so busy with my own sudden schedule changes and later so tired that I hardly found any time to talk to the owner. Will make it up next time for sure.

Writing a review just a few hours into my stay here at Mr.Manoj's place. An absolute gentleman and a helpful local. Helped me with places to visit and was very accommodating. The place is nice and close to Madgaon railway station as well as attractions. It's a service apartment with basic amenities neatly set.Very ideal for families and professionals to hit the sack and step out in the day. Will visit again for short trips, a no hassle option for sure.
