Overall it was a great experience, really, really good food and cooperative people in the staff, however there are a lot many things that can be improved. For example, a huge issue with parking space, we faced a lot of issues while tying the luggage on the carrier of the car while leaving and untying it when checked in but the staff was really helpful, they can improve their parking space and facilities. Rooms can be better however that can be excused as the hotel was under renovation when we visited it. Prices are worth the stay and room service also has space for improvement. The location is on a very busy one way road which causes all the commotion. But a good space to relax the heat of Goa. Ambience is pretty and quite aesthetic.

It was nice experience... service is top notch... Mr. Somnath helped us a-lot in moving in and other formalities. We had a great time living here, even though being a small amount of time, but it was totally worth it.

It was a fairly good experience. We had a comfortable stay and good service. Restaurant services could be a little better in terms of the breakfast buffet but apart from that everything was really comfortable and commendable.

The worst hotel experience I have ever been through in my life. First of all the hotel service is far below the satisfactory level. The rooms provided are also of very low grade with dirty and stained bedsheets and old furnitures. Above all, i also had to face a horrible experience during my stay here. Water logging started in my room all of sudden and the water was coming out of the floor,making the entire room under water

I would say its a nice hotel given in current price. best thing i liked was neat n clean room washroom and clean linen. you don’t see clean beds in every hotel unless its proper 3 or 5 star. Staff behavior is also good. quiet hotel has around 21 rooms on a floor in a 3 story building

I have stayed for 5 days and the stay was pretty good. The rooms were neat and spacious .The staffs were friendly. The only negative is their food. The complementary breakfast was utter failure. But tea and coffee were good.

Staff: Hotel staff was not so cooperative and money oriented. Not so friendly. Not in good terms among themselves. Service: Too much delay in any service. They had kept only one bath towel for superior room. Asked for bath towel and they didnt give for whole day. They told laundry hasn't come yet.. waited till night but still they didnt give a bath towel. Bed condition and cleanliness: Found few bed bugs in my room. Furniture were too old and there was powder falling from them. Amenities: Bathroom Door and locks were very tight. Flush was not smooth and we had to put all our strength to press it. Food: No proper south Indian food available and take too much time for delivery to room. Others Issues: 1. There is lot of communication gap between the staff. Had informed morning staff about extension but we get a call in the noon to checkout even though we had asked to extend the room. For extension for few hours, they charged 1.5k and didnt even give the receipt for it. 2. Also not good for senior citizens' stay as we had to beg the receptionist to open door at basement for lift, many time they had lost the key and they were not sure who has kept it where. 3. They were in too much hurry for us to checkout. 4. Restaurant is managed by someone else. Restaurant staff behaviour was too bad. They take 1 hour to deliver a single coffee. DONT GO BY 4.5 RATINGS. I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Pathetic service and the hotel. No cleanliness, no politeness in staffs. I was a regular guest there for the past 2 months yet during my recent stay for 5 nights they provided me a room in the last corner of the building knowing I'm a single lady traveller. The room was shabby and stinky. The very 1st day it stinked of pest control, inspite of asking for a room change they sent the HK person with a room fresher. Everything that was asked it took them more than 2 hours to get it delivered. On the 3rd day of stay I started seeing bed bugs on the bed, which was utterly disgusting. And it wasn't only 1 or 2...there were many!! After telling the Front Desk team they asked that we would change the bed linens. How Pathetic can a human be? Knowing that another human has been sleeping in a bed full of bedbugs yet instead of taking the initiate by themselves and shifting my room they said we have checked the bed and removed the headboard, we will put new bedsheets and it won't come back. Are you illiterate or are you thinking of me being an illiterate? After asking for more than 4 6 times that's when they shifted me around 12:00am at midnight to another floor on the same last corner room. And while shifting I left my belongings in the previous room and had asked them to send the belongings as well as tissue roll. After giving them 4 times call reminder the Front Desk guy would reply with "ma'am the HK boy is cleaning another room once he is done he will get it". Like whattttt!? It's freaking 2am and you expect me to stay up until the Housekeeping guy is done with his work and then he will get my stuffs! After literally shouting at the Front Desk guy the sent the HK guy that too when I asked him i need tissue roll he said ma'am I can't give it to you now. It's not available to give at night. Like wow ! What on earth am I getting to hear in the middle of the night! At this point I had completely given up. I shut the door and I asked the Desk to give me in the morning. After calling them in the morning the guy at reception said we can't give. It's given in the suits rooms and not in the standard room. I was like everyday you guys come with a new rule? For water kettle you guys said the same and didn't provide a kettle in the room. Like man I stayed for 5 nights...the rate which I paid I could get better service than what you guys gave. Pathetic you guys are. All this hotel wants is money and their guest services 0. Low grade and 3rd class hotel. I would never suggest any person to stay here. Imagine being a single lady traveller and I had to face all these. Worst Hotel ! The Staffs even worse.
