Hotel City garden

We stopped here in two different occasions, finding two really comfortable and clean rooms, with nice view. The location is good, close to the station and market but still in a quite area. The biggest reason to choose this place is the staff, by the way. Thank you a lot for your welcoming and help🙏 ❣️

This place was really cool, we could early check in and they let us chose the room. It was clean, and AC and fan worked great. The place was great Even though i need to warn that the main Road down the hotel is NOT safe for western woman.

We were there for 2 days and almost all the facilities and room or service everything was good. So I can recommend this to anyone who is new to the place. Price was also reasonable.

Staff and accomodation is 5 star. Very well behaviour of staff. Everyone is so polite. Thanks to Rehan as well for helping us out in almost everything. This place has Wifi, hot shower, chilled AC. Much recommended

*Clean rooms with hot water facility 💦 in 🌧️ * Free wifi * Kettle provided for hot water * Cab services offered. * Courteous and helpful staff * Room service available. * Daily room cleaning provided. * Close to madgaon junction and Margao market. * Bus point is closeby. Didn't like : No breakfast option. Room service offered. * Building and location looks old but inside it is very beautiful with clean and good rooms.

The hotel is in worst condition but they charge you the price of 3 star hotel the hotel is not even 1 star and also the receptionist or the owner of the hotel is not welcoming at all.

Worst experience in Goa. Firstly we felt happy that the owner is a telugu guy but after seeing his behavior we literally felt very bad. He feels like he is maintaining a 5 star hotel. We stuck in the hotel lift for 15 mins and we were suffocating in the lift because fan is not working inside the lift. Later upon opening the lift, the owner reaction is like nothing happened and seeing us like we did something wrong. And one more thing Our checkout time is 12:00 PM and he asked us to leave by 11:00 AM itself. What not about this hotel during a stay of 2 nights. We asked him for a taxi, He called a taxi (pretending to be taxi but it's a own plate vehicle) for railway station which is 1 km away from the hotel, he charged 300 for us🙏. We literally felt disgusting with this experience.

Good room and nice service if ur in madgaon then this will be great option for selection it's nearby to station good for family visit and stay
