We booked this resort with mmt and it was confirmed. When we reached there on the day of our check in, we got to know that property has been closed since owner revoked the lease but we got no intimation. Mmt got us another property but not without hassle and wait of 1 hour. My advice -Don't book such properties

Excellent 3* hotel at an awesome location very close to Mandrem beach. Short walk from the taxi and bike stand. Lots of great eats nearby as well. The manager Mr. Gaurab and his staff served us very well and made our stay super comfortable :)

We Stay at this resort in the month of Nov 2023. 1.There is no access road to the resort. 2. From outside the resort looked like and old abandoned house. 3. We were welcomed by bunch of lizards at doors. 4. All the restaurants and resorts surrounding this resort are exceptional good except this. 5. We booked for 2 days however due to lizards and no proper beaches and shacks close by, we decided to vacate the rooms. 6. We paid of 2 days in advance an amount of Rs 20000 however the hotel manager promised that he will refund Rs 9000 which did not happen till today. Whenever I call Ram, he refers me to Karthik who is from accounts team and most of the time he never answers call or calls back and whenever he picks up he says that is in important meeting. He keeps on promising that he will talk to accounts team and postpones it. He stopped responding to my calls and blocked my number. I believe he took that 9k from accounts team and used it for personal use however till today keeps false promises that I will get my money. DONT fall trap into fake management and false promises. THIS IS WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Oh also we lost 4 pairs of clothes at this resort and they deny it. Don't go by resort pic's etc. Find a better place to stay and enjoy vacation.

The place is okay, no surprises. 10 mins walk from the mandrem beach. No significantly good restaurants or cafes around. Their restaurant is good, the pool is functional. Sunbeds are scanty and not comfortable. Rooms are clearly dirty with spider webs at many places. The balcony is spacious but the view is obviously nothing to rave about since we're not in a pool view room. Bedsheets have holes. The bed is very soft, so if you have back issues, please avoid. AC is functioning very well. The two times I asked for service, it was very quick and satisfactory. The major inconvenience is that they provide only 1L of water complimentary and you need to purchase more at 40/- per ltr. Not sure how it makes business sense to earn such little money and rather lose on a good customer review. Overall, I paid 4k per night during the peak season in Nov 2023 and I think it is value for money.

Clean rooms and great service. We booked a room with a private balcony. This location has a swimming pool free to use between 9am-9pm. Beach is an 8-minute walk from the resort, and Mandrem Beach has one of the serene and clean waters in Goa. Parking is available, and resort guys will take care of your parking needs if you give them keys. Restaurant is available on premises beside the swimming pool, and they serve a decent breakfast and dinner.

3 car parking slots, good place with a big pool. Beach can be reached only with a long walk. Grocery store very next to the property. Quiet place to stay. Did not try the food at the restaurant.

I am giving a zero rating because of the staff, Ramanjaneya and Karthik. We checked in, then canceled and checked out the very next day because of the lizards and the lack of proper lights in the rooms. These guys promised to refund part of the amount, but it never happened. We've been following up with them for 6 months; they said it was approved and would be credited soon, but it never happened. Although you have a beautiful resort, it is of no use if the staff have no ethics and morals.

Great hotel to stay. Was recommended by my travel agent, I got a decent rate. The people and service is very friendly, rooms are very nice and spacious, toilets are clean, they have a kettle and tea /coffee in room, hair dryer and safety locker in the room. The rooms are cleaned daily, Restaurant is nice and prices not too expensive, breakfast was complimentary and filling, eggs to order was also available, along with fresh juices and fruit cuts. The pool is clean and enjoyable. You could relish your drunks at the pool side. Parking is limited but manageable. Lots of electrical sockets to charge your devices. The free Wi-Fi is usable unlike other hotels. Quite a few toiletries provided complimentary. In room fridge available. Overall a great stay and friendly service. A definite recommend.
