One of the worst places I stayed. I left after a day. They don’t know what is hospitality. Not helpful people. AC was so noisy, couldn’t sleep at all. Room and the bed is not clean! Not a safe place!

EDIT AFTER THE ANSWER OF THIS MAN (whom I suspect was under influence when he was so aggressive with me, as he claimed not knowing about the issue while his staff had told him all about it, and he was making no sense and acting like a child) : Leaving the AC on is VERY NORMAL in most hotels, and when the heat and humidity is 90% before monsoon, is very understandable. Many people do it, I always did it and never had an issue. As for leaving for 3-4 days, first of all it's not true, I was coming every 2-3 days max, second: I DO WHAT I WANT WITH THE APARTMENT THAT I RENT. But no worries, keep denying, my lawyer is on the case, and you will hear from us soon for the damages that I am asking for. Also, I got compensated (partially) in other ways. But still: SHAME ON YOU. ---------------------- Things could have been fine until the AC leaked in my room, flooding my belongings including precious ones. The manager, who had already been somehow rude-ish in the past was, I think, under influence, and was completely unhinged: talking to me like I was not a customer but a random person, saying basically that I was trying to steal money from them, while I only wanted them to take responsibility and help me cover the costs of my damaged belongings' repair due to their faulty AC (which the AC repair guy acknowledged). I was not even including the psychological prejudice and was willing to compromize on cost sharing. But no, the guy was aggressive, absolutely no manners nor self-control, insulting and made me feel very unsafe to the point that I considered calling the police so that they would be there when I am as well. Solo females: if you negotiate the price for a long term stay, know that this manager (after whom the hotel is named) will hate you and be offensive with you at the first occasion. Unstable and tantrum-throwing unprofessional dishonest man. Sad for the staff who was really ok.

I had been there on 20th june 2024 after confirming with the owner before 1day prior . Again on 20th also we have called him and asked him that can he give the stay before 1pm he agreed.then when we went there he is saying we will give the stay only after 1pm and the check out is 10am itseems and the behaviour of the owner was worst he used abused words also as if he is giving the stay for free nor we are his workers .this owner needs to learn speaking to the customers .This men didn't stay with his own words after confirming with him twice also he denied and his attitude towards the guests are worst i don't know about before but now it is not a good stay the stay is not as shown in photos also .near by u have many stays where they treat u like a guest. I suggest u to not to go to this stay

They didn't give any service that can be rated 5 star Nor the rooms were that good as shown in photos At last they provided a cup of tea and asked for a 5 star review after my stay of 11 days

One of the best places iv stayed in Goa and so close to a beach. The room is spacious, has nice wooden furniture and wardrobe . The mattress is so comfortable and the pillows . Good standard of bed linen and towels changed on request . Very clean room and bathroom. Private balcony with chairs. Staff are very helpful, polite and help in critical situation for room availability. Overall experience in the Goa trip is good and hotel experience is excellent.
