This is a nice place to stay at good location as well. Roms, bedsheets are clean, balconies are good. You can get very quick assist on almost everything bike, nearby locations to visit, hotels for food, cab services on demand. Most recommended. Thanks team, keep it up👍🏻.

Good place to stay with neat and clean rooms, the only drawback is the pillows that they provide are too high, which might cause neck pain which happened to us, and was very un easy for us to sleep... Kindly they need to not down and change the pillows in the room.

We've spent 8 months here. Roshan is a delightful companion, his responsiveness and skill in handling challenging situations have left a positive impression. A very kind-hearted grandfather who works in the garden, nice neighbors, the street is quiet, yet everything around is close by. Rooms are well planned and light. An excellent place during the season.

Very cozy and comfortable place. Stayed here for 5 days, clean room, place close to mandrem beach at a walking distance.. spacious rooms with a homely feel to it.. humble host.. would always consider the sun as my stay when in Goa

I stayed here for 6 days and had the most memorable experience. Can't say enough of the location since it's all surrounded by nature, plus is the ashvem beach at a 2 min walk...host himself is very hospitable and guided with all local stuff...will definitely recommend

Best apartments in Goa. Attentive and friendly host Roshan. Perfect location - 5 min to the beach by walk. Best value for money. I recommend it to everyone and hope to come back one day.

Stayed here for 3 months from 2021 December to Feb 2022. Great place with bright, clean rooms. Rishi is super helpful and keeps the property in beautiful condition. The wifi works great for those who want to work from here. The view from the top floors of the fields is great. The location is lovely with a minute walk to Mandrem, which is by far the best beach in North Goa.
