Hotel is very old so all infrastructure and amenities are old Hotel management is helpful. We checked and at midnight and stil staff was polite enough to complete the check in procedure smoothly Rooms are basic regular room , spacious,hot water, tv Location- Exactly oppostie mapusa bus stand. Market and multiple restaurants easily accessible. We stayed during Christmas season hence rates were high but in normal days rates around 1.5k.

This budget property is bang opposite the Mapusa bus stand and it cannot get better than that. Shops and eating options are nearby. This is a very old property and has its own old world look - sliding grill-type elevator, waiting area - are charming. As far as rooms are concerned they are spacious and clean. I stayed in mid-May so the weather was very unpleasant but I chose the 6th floor which was airy and ventilated. Bed was comfortable but bed sheets looked worn out. Bathroom was very clean, looked like it was recently done up, geyser was non-functional despite bringing it to the notice of the hotel people. Check-in and check out was smooth and fast. Surprisingly I was not asked for a photo ID!

The rooms are very clean. Out side food can be ordered in the room. The waiter generally will get it for you. Clean washroom. Very polite and kind personnel. I regularly go there. Very convenient. Yellow-black cabs available at fixed pricing.

Standard hotel near mapusa bus stand.... Good for over night stay or day stay if your traveling by bus and your destination hotel has been checked out. You can check in and wait till evening for your bus. Room's are very clean including bathrooms. Go for the standard Ac rooms they are v good....

Visited here for food....and trust me food was awesome and staff is polite.....food is fresh and taste is great.....also with resonable price
