Hotel Sharayu One

We recently stayed at Sharayu One, Mapusa, Goa. It was a great experience, starting from reception to check out. The rooms were cleaned and maintained well. Bathrooms are neat and clean. Breakfast is well spread inclusive of hotel stay. A special Thanks to Hitesh, Namrata and Dan for their willingness to accommodate changes with great customer service. A sure recommendation for family, couples etc.

For the price I paid I would say it’s pretty much high range hotel. The rooms are very neat and clean. My only issue was wifi which I gave them diagnostic as it’s my job. Hopefully it will be fixed. The key card system on the rooms should also be fixed (now they were giving physical key as it’s not working with card + card to activate electricity) Breakfast doesn’t reach the standard of the hotel and really need an upgrade. I would say that it’s generally speaking a good hotel for Indian standard. Don’t expect anything fantastic, it’s just clean as it should always be, and maintained more or less properly.

Feedback Regarding Hotel Staff and Services Dear All, I would like to bring to your attention the extremely poor service and standards maintained by the staff at this hotel. The behavior of the staff members is rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, reflecting a lack of basic courtesy and competence. Most importantly, the staff lacks adequate knowledge of their responsibilities. For instance, they are unable to differentiate between UTR details and bank reference numbers. Among the staff, there is one particular lady named Nandita, who demonstrated heartless behavior and showed no regard for treating other guests, especially female guests, with respect. To make matters worse, our staff was almost locked inside the premises due to a payment issue which is already clear before the checkout, and they even went to the extent of filing a police complaint against me. The hotel is not up to the standards it claims to uphold on various online platforms. It has joint ownership, and the internal disputes between the owners seem to be affecting the guests’ experience, leading to harassment during their stay or departure. I strongly recommend that everyone avoid staying at this hotel.

I have been there to Goa few days before, had been in this hotel for 3 days , it has been a bizarre experience for all of us, the hotel staff were snooty and snobbish. They don't know how to handle guest.It was a terrible experience for me and my few friends in there hotel. They didn't ever asked for water or any breakfast to us and the services were pathetic .. I would never ever suggest anyone to stay at there property.

The lady that we spoke about room booking was arrogant and was not able to comprehend our needs. The hotel really need to add understanding and people with patience. Never recommending this to anyone

I recently stayed at Hotel Name SharayuOne for 3N and 4D, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, with the staff being incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect—central to Mapusa making everything easy to access like the Mapusa market, bus stand and distance from the airport. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would recommend SharayuOne to anyone visiting the area. The attention to detail, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations made it a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! Special mention to Dan, Lavita, Savita(housekeeping and maintenance) and Namrata (front desk).

I would have given four stars if there was an active restaurant on the hotel campus. Otherwise its a reasonably good hotel. Rooms are clean and neat. Bathroom is good. But no much view though as it is in middle of mapusa.

Very Bad breakfast tasteless food, daily same food worst idali, upma i ever had in life. No room service, rooms are neat and clean but bathroom tap was broken,
