Saiesh International Hotel

I visited this hotel on 16 May 2024, me and my future wife. When I asked the counter for 1 room, they told me that they don't give entry to unmarried couples. Even though we have Aadhaar card and PAN card, we were not given entry, it is wrong rules of this hotel.

The staff is not good. Does not give the customer a response. And there is no value for the driver. Someone here. Don't take the customer.

The hotel staff, the hotel owner, the hotel manager, all are actually out of their minds. They all talk non sense and ...I really don't have words to tell you all how actually pissed off I am after talking to them for the last one week. I wanted to book two rooms for 10 days for my staff. And we had confirmation from them for rs 2000/- per day with one extra bed. They later on started demanding the entire amount as advance. The entire 53000/- they started demanding as advance. I offered them 30 k as advance but they didn't agree. What's the point of paying the advance then? All reservations work like this only, right? You pay some percentage in advance for confirming your stay. Who demands the entire amount as advance? And they increased the rates even after we had a word with them. We had rates from them on mail and even then they asked for more money. We still were ready but they kept on asking the entire amount in advance. Who can trust them? Really cannot believe how can anyone be so unreasonable.

Oh, Mr Madan Prabhu? Did you check hotel records? Lol. Keep crying to ask for deleting my review. I stayed in your property in February. know your attitude for the non goans. Everything is remembered. The bad review for your Goan attitude. It will affect your business badly. Don't take anyone for granted. Time will change quickly.

Spent a week at the hotel. Nice place to stay. Quiet. Peaceful. The place is clean. Staff is courteous. I would certainly recommend the place to anyone. Food is good. The only problem is to get autos and taxis from this place to commute. Otherwise, excellent.

I had booked rooms for my family in December 2022, It was really a pleasant experience and we had a peaceful stay at the hotel, Everything was well arranged. You can connect with the hotel staff before booking, they will guide you about the different type of rooms available. In my case, I was confused with online booking but their receptionist James helped me throughout my booking and stay at the hotel. Decent rooms with an inbuilt restaurant with budget-friendly food. Location is a plus point, But No WiFi Among all the staff my family was impressed with James, a very well mannered, sensible, professional and has amazing skills of customer service, He deserves a raise.

No laundry service available but the room is good. Service is Best. The hotel staff is very friendly.

Very bad staff charging 100Rs per head to use the rest room for the traveler so unwarm welcome to Goa . Then we can imagine their serivce at Hotel how safe it could be . Shame on the Manager.
