Most importantly, room is exactly same as shown in websites. Neat n clean tidy room. Linen also good. Room service ok. Breakfast quality manageable but not very good. Very close to main market and bus stand but no noise. KFC Pizzahut walking distance. Staff is very cordial and happy being here who said that the owner Kiran n Preeti treat them like family. Owner Preeti is also very down to earth n friendly so-are the receptionist lady and boy Shiva. Keep it up

Guys.....ignore all the old bad reviews. This hotel is fantastic. It is literally a 3 star hotel that has everything. The rooms are amazing considering the interior and facilities. Just behind the Mapusa bus stand. The best part is that this place is very good on your pockets

Great environment with good service from friendly staffs. They very flexible in accommodating early check-in & late check-out without any prior notice. Restaurant at 6th floor is awesome. Must admit Sanjana (receptionist) and Regina & Ali (house keeping) were very helpful and cooperative. Thanks team!!!

We stayed for a week end of Jan 2025. The room was neat and clean. The room service, receptionist, and the owner were very good, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant (Ranteli) was very good, including the restaurant staff. I will highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant. The restaurant (Ranteli) food was way better than some of the other restaurants in Goa that we ate at during our stay. Great Service, Excellent cuisine, helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in SaiKiran Tower. Will definitely go again :)

Worst services... Restaurant is closed on all Tuesday's. Limited breakfast menu...not worth the money you pay. Worst night mare i was sleeping peacefully housekeeping person just opened the door through master key and came inside...Avoid visiting the hotel..
