Worst Hospitality service ever, prefer staying out on streets instead. The local shopkeepers are more friendly and understanding than the staff at this place.

Here's is sai travels and rentals service provider. Third Class service. Jayesh gadekar provider of these service. Wrong service 😞😞😞 our full trip goes wrong due to of his bikes.

They really need renovation for the place, rest everything is good location is also good near main bus stand heart of the city, prices are affordable, service is fine

Horrible rooms, very hard foul smell in all rooms, don't prefer this even if they give it for free. You will definitely leave with some kind of breathing issues. We had to leave the room as we couldn't bare that smell. Hotel team is very rude and arrogant, finally ralized that it is Goa tourism managed hotel, so nobody cares about anything....better avoid this hotel..

Please don't prefer this as the staffs are not even bothered about there customers .They just want money that's it ,It was like old rooms and there was some disturbance outside too.

Not value for money. Would have given 5stars for lower tariff. Staff was okay. I reached midnight, the gate was locked and no receptionist, had to wait for 15mins for gates to open.

Receptionist Mrs.Pradnya is very cooperative... Other staff also good.

The experience over a period of time has been reducing. This time I had booked rooms for my parents for a couple of days where the room service didn't bother to attend to any queries. There were no cloth hangers in the closet, when asked to provide some the room service denied and said that we are free to raise complaints. This kind of least bothered attitude is not something to be proud about. Me being a Goan feel very bad at such rude behaviour of the staff. This kind of treatment does not leave a good impression to the tourists who come for a leisurely stay to Goa. Especially, Mapusa Residency.
