Treebo Lands End Beach Resort - Hotel in Goa

Stayed for five nights and had a great experience. 🍽️ The food was delicious, 📍 the location was excellent, and 🏖️ the beach was nearby. 🌿 The hotel’s ambience was peaceful, with lovely plants outside the room. 😊 The staff was friendly and well-behaved. A perfect place to relax! ✨

The location is not marked properly, so you will end up spending 1 hr searching it. Even the breakfast is a mere bread omelette and tea. They advertised a buffet but cheat you . Juices are charged extra . Beware of this scam . There is no mobile network in that area so it becomes difficult to call . The TV is not working. The AC takes 2 hrs to cool down. The room was clean .Even their service desk is non supportive . The restaurant food is ok , the chapathi is good . No wheel chair access No direct beach accessibility in the morning , it opens after 8 am. This is near S2 . Overall a pathetic experience.

Very nice stay. Tasty breakfast with great view. Polite and humble staff. Will recommend if you looking for a prerequisite of a less crowded place near to the beach

Couple of things which needs to be considered - 1. Additional guests in the room :) centipedes come in through the gap of the door 2. Paint cracks in walls 3. Breakfast has options - bread omlette with tea/coffee or poha with tea/coffee. Note - butter is not available with bread, so you might have to do with dry bread 4. Worst of all - local stinky shower gel that too added with water ( rather carry shower gel else you might have to purchase from nearby stores)! Already raised with Treebo since I feel the property is fooling customers !! Hope this helps - rest is your call... Pics attached for reference

This must have been my 5th visit to this place and I can't find any problems with it. It's extremely close to the beach. The rooms are decent enough. The staff is great and helpful. The breakfast is a bit sad but understandable given the price of the stay.

Very clean and cosy rooms and Stay. The food menu and the cook in the resort are simply amazing as there were rain and we couldn’t go out much. We ordered room service and the food was extremely tasty. As it is on the beach, accessing the beach roaming around was very easy. It is in a location where everything is accessible in vocable distance like shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, and of course the beach. And the prices are very affordable.

This place is good if you just want a place to stay and are on budget. This is very close to the Ashvem beach, but don't expect and beach views here. The restaurant is very good they have good options on Indian food there. Rooms are decent with basic necessities. The property is quite green so that adds to the beauty of it.

Great cozy place and 1 minute away from beach but we have to walk through another property. Maintenance is good and staff is very friendly.||||Vikas who works there is a great guy and always helped us beyond his duties. Gautham who work in the hotel restaurant ensured food is prepared according to our taste. These both deserve a great appreciation by management.||||I would like to visit the place again in the nearest future.
