The Resort very good. It is located in nice place. Parking place is also available. Rooms are clean and beautiful. It is very nice place for selfi lover. Photo perfect resort. The design for rooms are beautiful. Swimming pool aslo available at resort. 24 hour warm water available at shower. Morning breakfast is also tasty. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I liked the place very much. I would definitely recommend for this Resort.

Hi Guys, Please avoid booking this property at least for next 12 months. I would be very clear about my comments as I don't want you to be confused about it. Reasons for not booking 1. Very bad condition of rooms, e.g if you switch on the fan, the whole room start sounding like it will collapse. 2. They are not able to maintain the cleanliness in the rooms, bathroom smells very bad, I saw few spider nets in the room, which was really annoying to see. 3. Swimming pool was also not maintain properly, it was not at all clean at least for the days I stayed in the hotel. 4. Not worth the cost I paid for it, so I would rate it 2/5 star cost wise. 5. The photos which are present online are misguiding for sure. Don't book the property based on that. 6. Property is only 2 months old (As informed by my agent), you can imagine how hard it is to get all the above surprises on check in. I was expecting far better room and staff service from them. 6. My total rating would go 1/5 stars. Reasons for booking 1. Very near to Morjim beach, you can take a walk to the beach from the hotel. 2. The area is very quiet compared to the other part of the North Goa. Beach is also not that crowded. 3. Not able to think any other positives as of now. This was my 4th visit to North Goa in last 4 years and I would mark this as the worst stay experience ever. I hope you enjoy your stay if you have already booked the property else I would recommend you to avoid booking the same. I have already shared my feedback to the agent who booked the property, hope it gets better on the next visit for others as I can not take the risk again personally. Thanks

I stayed in this for a day with my friends anf I booked it through oyo. Rooms are good and clean but still more maintenance would be good. There is a pool right in the middle of hotel and we actually had a great time there. I am not sure about food because I had only breakfast here. Breakfast was delicious but we had to wait. The food disappeared as soon as the utensils were refilled because the refill was in less quantity. Over all good place to stay with your family and friends.

I have stayed here for 3 days place is good but should have maintained properly cuz property is no do doubt very nice in budget. But not maintained if guest are less then there kitchen is closed staff says our kitchen is closed. There are 3 restaurant near by this resort walk of hardly 3 minutes but the best one is cafe garage little expensive but very nice ambiance n very tasty food. Also resort rooms are not maintained properly curtains are dirty.

Should love to pass a message to the owner to ensure that such an amazing place is not well maintained. Please make sure it is well maintained so that more tourist would like to stay. Overall it was a lovely place. Yeah you need to ensure that the restaurant has good cook and you have a better spread for breakfast atleast. The so called sandwiches and the poha served were a definite thing to give a miss. Lucky for us there was an Udupi restaurant just outside the hotel with awesome breakfast so we were saved.

It's a very beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing resort with all facilities like swimming pool, garden, natural freshness, greenary etc. Loved this place. All staff members are very humble, cooperative and respectful. Thank u guys for this perfect holiday stay ,awesome experience. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. Thanks once again and looking forward for next vacation nd always prefer this resort👍.

Pros: 1. Quite place and peaceful. 2. Pool is great fun. 3. Great pricing, eventhough it was Christmas Eve. 4. Nice and comfortable stay with AC. Cons: 1. Doesn't seem like the garden and surrounding is well maintained by the staff. 2. Room had some weird smell when first opened, but was not a problem later. 3. Few issues with the washroom equipments.

The resort is located near Morjim beach but the place is not at all what you would expect. We were surprised by the place and the way it was maintained. We had booked this place through MakeMyTrip and the room allotted to us had cobwebs, dirty bed linen with stains and the bathroom had insects and cockroaches around. The place was terribly understaffed and we felt pity for the gentleman at the reception who personally came up t clean up the room and spray it up with bug spray. Unfortunately this is not what you would expect AFTER you check-in and clearly not comfortable. We couldn't check-out immediately since there was no public transport and it was past 9pm when we got there. Even when they knew there were guests who were going to check-in, the room was not cleaned up before allotting it out. We stayed up all night and at the first sight of sunlight, we checked out and took a cab to Calangute. The experience was not good and really hope the management takes note of this.
