Completely dissatisfied and disappointed the room is filthy and dirty and doesn't have a functional washroom the faucet was not working and tmrge room and washroom are filthy imagine a person with OCD checks in u asked for a refund they said the rooms are getting ready and we will give you in an hour now they are telling me we can't give you another room the faucet and the switch board next to bed in 107 are not working properly ror i am not gonna settle for less ciz i paid for the room the online photos are not exactly as shown the walls are dirty the front desk manager is rude and really not helpful when I addressed her ma'am this is not right she just sat on th chair stating you will get your proper room in an hour this is not how you treat your guests just askinggor an exola
