RiverBank Inn

I recently had the pleasure of staying at RiverBank Inn during my trip to Goa, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. A special mention to "Nasir Uncle", the owner of the building, who was incredibly nice and welcoming. His hospitality added a personal touch to the entire experience. Location : The hotel is perfectly located, offering easy access to Goa’s stunning beaches (Morjim, Mandrem, Ashwem, Arambol) and vibrant nightlife. Rooms : The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Room had a private balcony. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities provided ensured a hassle-free stay.

Best place to stay, location wise- perfectly located so close to the beach 🏖️ clean rooms and very attentive service. The owner is very friendly and super attentive to guests needs. 5 stars

Отличное место! Все, что нужно есть! Месторасположение - отличное. Пляж в шаговой доступности, кафешки( где недорого и вкусно) - в шаговой доступности. Магазинчики, маркеты и аптеки - все под боком. Цена - ну очень демократично) И самое главное - персонал и хозяин Насир. Эти ребята будут очень внимательны к вам! О клиентоориентированности можно писать в учебниках в качестве примера). Да, эти слова звучат громко, но поверьте, здесь прислушаются к вам и вашим просьбам, подстроятся под ваши нужды и сделают все, чтобы вам было комфортно! Мы с друзьями прожили в этом отеле месяц. Почти все мы чем-то переболели и к каждому из нас Насир отнёсся с участием и заботой. Меню подстроил под наши нужды! Такого подхода и отношения я нигде не видел (а был много где, да и в гоа не в первый раз). Если повезёт вернуться - то только сюда!

Great place! Everything you need is there! The location is excellent. The beach is within walking distance, cafes (where inexpensive and tasty) are within walking distance. Shops, markets and pharmacies are all nearby. The price is very affordable) And most importantly - the staff and owner Nasir. These guys will be very attentive to you! You can write about customer focus in textbooks as an example). Yes, these words sound loud, but believe me, they will listen to you and your requests, adapt to your needs and do everything to make you comfortable! My friends and I lived in this hotel for a month. Almost all of us were ill with something and Nasir treated each of us with sympathy and care. The menu was adjusted to our needs! I have never seen such an approach and attitude anywhere (and I have been to many places, and this is not the first time in Goa). If you are lucky enough to return, then only here!
