Stay was budget friendly. Construction work is going on so things are not as shown in pics during booking. Rooms are specious with basic toiletries provided. Food was just fine. Only egg dishes were good, rest were not. Beach is not that near by walk. Around 900m away from property.

I am giving 5 🌟 rating because of the following criteria. Very quiet No sound polution Safe and sound Homely feel Great hospitality Specially night view is stunning Very nearby beach and shopping complex In nutshell its a great residential spot for the family and kids when I am in Goa a great tourist place. While we are away from home it feels that someone is here to care. Finally rental scooties and cars are available here for the guests who in need.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The rooms are unhygienic to the core. Leaking ceilings, stained & torn linen are just the beginning. This was once of my worst decisions ever.

No phone in a room .no room service we stay there for 4 days but no one has done any cleaning in the room hotel is very nice but management is not proper we booked that hotel thinking it's a fab hotel chain but disappointed this time.
