Citadines Arpora Nagoa Goa

A good hotel, but more like a serviced apartment. The rooms/suites are big with a kitchenette and 2 washrooms. The living room has a dining table, a sofa set and TV with another TV in the bedroom. The washroom was quite decent too. They do not provide sealed water bottles but a filtered water can with dispenser. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Had tried breakfast and dinner buffets. Will return back.

We had a wonderful stay at Citadines Arpora Nagoa Goa! The property is clean, comfortable, and very child-friendly — perfect for families traveling with little ones. A special shout-out to Mani and her housekeeping team, who went above and beyond to keep our rooms spotless and welcoming, which made a huge difference for the comfort and safety of our kids. The food was consistently good, with enough variety to keep everyone happy, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. We really appreciated the overall atmosphere and amenities, especially considering the great value for money this place offers. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway in Goa!

Having stayed at this hotel for about three weeks now, I have to say that it was an absolute delight to stay here at Citadines, Goa and to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here would be an understatement. The staff is extremely friendly, warm and very helpful, the front office reception, the housekeeping staff, their laundry staff and the catering staff, everyone is always very welcoming and mindful of the personal requirements of their customers and are always trying to provide their best service at all times. I had the pleasant opportunity to interact with some of the staff and loved their attitude towards life in general and their professional demeanor. Another wonderful thing about this place is that the staff here is culturally diverse and comes to different parts of the country, each one of them brings along a different flavour of their regional and cultural personality which adds to the overall charm of this place. A few of my interactions with the staff like, Mani mam from the housekeeping staff, Zaka, Rahul, Sandeep, Madhu mam and in general everyone in the catering staff has been extremely charming. Their breakfast buffet offers diverse options to choose from and is always fresh and delicious, also if you are coming here in the evening, don't forget to try out the coffee with their special signature milk cookies made by Mr.Harish in their inhouse bakery, these cookies were my absolute favourite. The rooms are very spacious, warm and aesthetic and immediately make you feel at home . They have a gym and a swimming pool which is always very clean and very well maintained. I whole heartedly thank the entire administration and the lovely staff at Citadines, Goa for giving me such a beautiful experience. I will be coming back here again soon and am eagerly looking forward to it ❣️

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming. The atmosphere was clean, well-organized, and beautifully decorated. A special thanks to Mr. Lokesh for his outstanding service. He was professional, friendly, and always had a smile on his face. He provided clear information from check-in to check-out, paid attention to every detail, and was always ready to help with any questions. Highly recommended!

We , family of 6 members stayed for 3 days, we had experienced a great time. The restaurant and breakfast was super. I would say best compared to many hotels in Goa The house keeping was very good , Ms Mani team was so responsive and skillfull. Reception also good.Thanks Citadines , you made our trip so comfortable

A modern hotel 4star hotel with 5 star services. The rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool is well maintained, the breakfast spread can be improved but taste wise all things were good. The high tea is good. If you are driving in your own car you do not have to worry about parking on the street. There is free parking inside the building premises. Valet service is also available. The restaurant menu is good and the drinks menu is also good. The prices of food and beverages are pocket friendly. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The WiFi is really good. There is kids play area too. The Spa was not operational during our stay. All the tourist junctions are under 3KM.

We had a superb 5-day stay at Citadines Hotel, Nagoa, Goa! We had booked a One-BHK Executive Apartment for 2 Adults, and it was absolutely perfect — spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The property is beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful and safe environment that made us feel at home throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the breakfast – fresh, delicious, and with a good variety to start the day right. The location is also a big plus – just 5 to 10 minutes away from Baga and Calangute beaches, making it super convenient to explore the best of North Goa. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist with a smile, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and relaxing getaway in Goa. Would definitely love to stay here again!
